This month the Sun will spend the majority of time in your 6th House of work, health/fitness and pets, then move into your 7th House of relationships on July 22, when he moves into Leo. Expect these areas of your life to be highlighted in some manner during those respective times. You're likely to receive more attention than usual at work, so make sure it's of a favorable nature. The good news is that Venus is in the same general neighborhoods as the Sun, though she moves into Leo, your 7th House, on the 12th. She will bring you luck and good looks, if you will, and thus enhance your charm. This may be a good time to ask for a raise or something else you've been wanting in the workplace. It's also a very favorable time to start a diet or fitness program. With the New Moon there on July 2, something new is on the horizon, so put it to good use, either at work or taking care of yourself. With summer upon us, there's no better time to get some good habits going in those areas as well. Of course when Venus moves into your House of relationships, this should bode well, also. Remember you don't have to sit there and wait for the planets to dole out their energy, you can bridle it and use it as well.

During the entire month, your Sign Ruler, Uranus, is synched up with Neptune in a semi-sextile aspect. This type of aspect usually brings about a nuisance or annoyance of some sort, but there's a little extra punch with these two since they're in what's called mutual reception, which means that each of them is in the sign the other rules, adding to the energy exchange. These two outer planets move slowly and thus have long-term effects, plus both of them are currently retrograde. This tends to drive the energy inward, sometimes all the way to the subconscious. These two planets can be somewhat on the weird side so there's no telling what can happen when they get together. Uranus is the planet of surprises, upsets, and unexpected events, especially while retrograde, and he's in your 2nd House of possessions, finances, and pleasures. This is nothing new as he's been there for quite a while, since January 2004, to be exact. Thus, over the past four years you've probably had numerous disruptions and upsets in this part of your life.

Neptune is the master of illusion and delusion. While he can bring us to the heights of Nirvana and spiritual transcendence, it's also hard to tell where reality ends and fantasy begins. He also tends to dissolve what he touches. If your birthday falls between February 10 - 14, you've probably had a pretty good dose of this lately. If you've been dreamier than usual, easily duped, or basically out in deep space, this is why. So, when you put these two together, you can see what I mean about it being a crap shoot what will come out of it as these two energies work together. I'd be especially careful regarding any decisions relative to your finances as your ability to make sound decisions is more than likely compromised. Get some good advice from someone you can trust or even one of your Earth Sign friends before making any major decisions.

During the first week of the month, Mercury will be squaring Uranus, but trining Neptune. Thus, some unexpected news associated with your possessions or finances is likely, but you will have an extra dose of inspiration regarding how to deal with it. Venus will be throwing some luck your way as well regarding whatever that unexpected event happens to be, also. Maybe something will break down unexpectedly, but you'll have some extra money coming in to help absorb the added expense. From July 9 - 19, as this other stuff starts to fade away, the Sun and Mercury will both trine Uranus, which should bring some unexpected good news your way, possibly regarding your work.

Mars and Saturn are in your 8th House of sex, other people's resources, death & regeneration, and transformation and between July 3 - 18 they'll be conjoined. These two aren't exactly a happy pair and could be in cahoots to teach you some less than enchanting lessons in this area that will have a significant effect on you. From July 1 - 10, Pluto is in the game as well, which isn't exactly cause for celebration other than the face that at least he's in a nice, harmonious trine. Since Pluto is in your 11th House of groups, friends, hopes and wishes, it appears that something from that sector of your life, i.e. something that's been stirring around beneath the surface like a gopher, is going to break ground and stir up a few things. This won't necessarily be bad, but with that particular trio of planets involved it will undoubtedly be hard to miss. Again, if you have something you need to take care of in this area, like some old unfinished business with a past associate, harness the energy in your favor before someone uses it on you.

From July 18 - 22, some inspiration may come your way, but it might not exactly synch up with work. Geez, there's a big surprise as it seems that most the inspiration any of us ever gets has to do with finding ways not to work. You might even decide that living under a bridge is better than your 40 hour/week day job, and oddly enough, kicking in around that same time, Mars will get into the act from your house of transformation and maybe give you a little extra motivation to do just that. It takes a lot of courage and motivation to make a major life change, so if you're thinking about doing something along those lines, this month the planets are right there to give you either a boost or a kick in the butt in that direction. Top it off with the Full Moon in your 12 House of inspiration and dreams kicking it all off on the 18th and there's no telling what will happen.

As the month ends, Venus will oppose Neptune. This has a nice romantic feel to it, especially with Venus in your House of relationships, but an opposition usually indicates a tug-o-war. Of course if you're thinking of quitting your day job, selling everything, and selling shrimp under the Kemah bridge for a living, this could definitely cause some concern with your significant other. Remember that Neptune in your House of personality could be messing with your mind, so use that Air Sign logic you were born with to sort things out in a sensible way.

All in all, this looks like a rather intense month for you. I would bet dollars to donuts that there will be some interesting changes come about. Your best bet is to tune into what the Cosmos is throwing your way and use it to your advantage.
