The New Moon this month on the 15th occurs in Pisces, your 2nd House of financial matters, possessions, needs and pleasures. A new Moon typically brings something new your way, so keep an eye out. Pisces is quite loaded with planets which will further strengthen the lunation, such as a conjunction between Mercury and Uranus that also happens to be only a little more than a degree away from the Sun/Moon. Mercury brings news or events and Uranus brings surprises, the unexpected, and disruptions, so this looks like it will bring unexpected news. Jupiter is in Pisces as well, watching from afar, but will still probably lend some of his expansive talents to the situation.

Retrograde Saturn in Libra is opposing that New Moon Quartet. Libra is your 9th House of beliefs, expectations, higher education, relocation, cultural matters, and long-distance travel as well as religion and politics. Saturn retrograde in that venue will be working on your subconscious relative to something in that part of your life that needs restructuring. In other words, if you have any old baggage in this part of your life, Saturn is going to try and get you to unload it so you can move on, unencumbered. This opposition is a bit wide and out of sign, so its influence is likely to be slight. If your birthday is within a day or so of January 22, Saturn is trining your Natal Sun, which should ultimately turn out to be very much to your advantage.

Mars will be out of retrograde a few days prior to the New Moon and he's throwing some assistance into the mix. Leo is your 7th House of relationships, implying that someone with whom you have a one-on-one relationship may lend some assistance. Remember that relationships in the astrological context include your significant other, close friends and relatives, business partners, professionals with whom you interact such as your accountant or financial advisor, and also competitors. So look to one of these folks to help mitigate any challenges that come your way that appear to be of the financial nature.

The Full Moon on March 29 is in Libra, your aforementioned 9th House of beliefs and so forth. A Full Moon usually hails a culmination or ending which can also express as the end of one phase and shift to another. This could easily tie into Saturn's work though Saturn may not reveal his motives until the end of May, when he comes out of retrograde. This puts you in the driver's seat for handling whatever situation the Full Moon has in mind. This action is going to lie primarily on the mental plane and relate to possible enlightenment that will trigger new thoughts and ideas that will in turn influence your core beliefs, or some other 9th House matter as noted earlier. Some inspiration may come from a female friend or neighbor, but it isn't likely to go over as well with someone of the male gender. Both have some valid points which you should analyze with your Air Sign logic and make up your own mind what the best recourse is.
