This month the Full Moon occurs on the 14th in your 2nd House of finances, possessions, and pleasures, implying the culmination of something in this area. It could also simply mean you're entering a new phase. Also note that Mercury is retrograde until October 14. This will hinder moving forward with just about anything until after that time. Avoid buying anything of a mechanical or electronic nature during that time as it runs a high risk of being a lemon. On the positive side, this is a favorable time to re-evaluate, review, re-plan or re-do anything you have in work. If you've missed anything or aren't quite on track, there's no better time to get the bugs worked out that during Mercury RX.

During the first week of the month, Mars will sextile Pluto. With Mars in your 8th House of transformation and Pluto in your 10th House of career and reputation, it looks as if something significant is coming your way that could change your view and attitude toward your career. Note that your job and career may not be the same. Your job may be no more than a paycheck whereas your career is where you leave your mark on the world. These two planets represent a lot of energy and power and fortunately the aspect between them is one that usually brings an opportunity.

A person who wields some power could come to your assistance in some way that gives you an energy boost that gives you a new outlook on some area of your life. Note that the 8th House also comprises other people's money, so if you've been trying to find an investor or borrow money, this could represent intervention from someone of influence that works in your favor. No telling how it will express itself, but expect something of importance to occur between October 1 - 7, give or take a day or so. The Sun will sextile Pluto between October 19 - 28, which should throw even more light on the subject, if you haven't figured it out by then.

There's a long-term aspect called a Triangle of Potential that will be in effect all month. This involves the outer planets Saturn, Uranus, and Jupiter and will have a noticeable impact on your life. Saturn has been cruising along in your 7th House of relationships for over a year now. Saturn is a stern task-master who tutors us in such principles as responsibility, meeting our obligations, discipline, and structure. Remember that relationships include not only your significant other but your close friends and relatives and business associates. If you're in business for yourself, this also includes your patrons. If you have not fulfilled your obligations or responsibilities toward any of the people with whom you have a one-on-one relationship, Saturn has been telling you all about it for the last year. It has not be a particularly enjoyable time, but it can be beneficial if the lessons have been learned and implemented. If not, you have another year with Saturn in Virgo to help you figure it out once and for all.

Uranus is in Pisces, your 1st House of personality. He's the planet of sudden change, unexpected events, disruptions, rebellion, and anything that's an antithesis to Saturn. If your birthday happens to fall within a few days of March 10, you could probably give me numerous examples of disturbances that have affected your life in the last month or so. If you've felt as if you're losing it, this is why, and rest assured that it will eventually go away. This is where astrology is worth its weight in gold, when it can explain influences that don't make sense otherwise but can have a very negative effect on our lives. Pisces can especially feel picked on at times, and it's important to not personalize it as the planets provide equal influence to everyone regardless of race, creed, religion, or education. Their influence can vary slightly according to your Sun Sign, however, as you'll internalize the energy slightly differently and if it's a personal planet it's effect will be stronger, but I digress.

At any rate, when Saturn and Uranus are in opposition this month, there's no telling what will happen. With Uranus in mind you can never tell, anyway, because he's so full of surprises. However, it looks as if a sudden change or disruption of a personal nature is going to have an effect on your relationships and your responsibility to them. This won't necessarily be a bad thing, but it will be unexpected. The good news is that Jupiter is involved and he's usually lucky and expands and inflates what he touches. He's currently hanging out in Capricorn, your 11th House of friends, associates, groups, organizations, as well as hopes and wishes. This should have brought various new people into your life during this year and hopefully brought you closer to defining if not acquiring your hopes and wishes.

With Jupiter mediating this Saturn - Uranus confrontation, you can truly expect it all to come out in your favor. Someone or something from your 11th House will come to your rescue regarding this personal/relationship issue and help you resolve it in a positive way. From October 3 - 11 the Sun will square Jupiter, which have a transformation effect on you in some way, perhaps in learning to appreciate the support system you have but were previously unaware of. Toward the end of the month, Mars will sextile Jupiter from October 22 - 31, which bring even more energy to this issue and hopefully drive it toward resolution.

The Sun will trine your Sign Ruler, Neptune, between October 10 - 18. This will have a very positive effect on you spiritually. It could also provide you with a blast of inspiration toward defining your fondest dreams. As the month draws to a close, the Sun and Mars will move into your 9th House of beliefs, higher education, legal matters, and long distance travel and relocation. The New Moon on the 28th is also in this area, so something is coming your way from this venue. It's not uncommon for a spiritual or inspirational experience of some sort to help us redefine our core beliefs. Give it some conscious thought toward the end of the month to see how you've changed so it doesn't take you by surprise later.
