Long-term Aspects and Lunations

The Full Moon occurs on April 9 in Libra, your 11th House of groups, associations, friends, and coworkers as well as hopes & wishes.  A Full Moon usually indicates a culmination, so something in this part of your life is likely to be drawing to a close or perhaps shifting to a different phase.  Remember that a Full Moon, by definition, is an opposition between the Sun and Moon.  For this one, the Sun is in Aries, your 5th House of creativity, children, romantic interests, entertainment, and any other thing through which you can find ego expression.  Therefore, the implication is that a tug-o-war between these two parts of your life is about to draw to a close where you heart is tending toward where the Moon lies, and you head, in theory, with the Sun.

A Full Moon has a character all its own, depending on the other aspects in effect at that time.  These will also be reflecting throughout the month and largely determine the path to and from the lunations.  For this one, there are some challenges as well as some that will provide some mediation.  Saturn, who is currently retrograde in your 10th House of career and reputation, is opposite Mars, who's in Pisces, your 4th House of home environment.  Thus, oscillations between home and career will also be an issue.

Adjustments will be required at home, where you'd probably like to make something happen, but career responsibilities may be holding you back.  Saturn has been retrograde in that area since New Years Eve, which will have been grinding away on something that needs to be restructured.  If you don't have a conscious awareness yet of what that might be, it should manifest itself by the middle of May, after which you'll be able to go forward to fix it.  A conflict relative to your finances or values is also on the map, where information you weren't aware of before could throw a different light on things.  The good news is that Jupiter, your Sign Ruler, is in your 3rd House of thoughts, ideas, neighborhood, and short journeys, where he's throwing harmonious aspects to both the Sun and Moon.  This will provide a lot of assistance for thinking outside the box and finding the solution you need to put everything in order.

The New Moon on the 24th occurs in Taurus, your 6th House of work, health and pets, indicating something new is coming your way from this venue.  This may not be earth-shattering, but it will bring something new.  The aspects with that are a mixed bag as well.  More insights into your financial picture will come your way, but this may bump into some opportunities in your 5th House that you'd like to pursue, whether it's with a love interest, your children, or simply a favorite hobby.  News, thoughts, or information related to work will also occupy your mind quite heavily.  Opportunities that involve both home and work will be there as well, so be sure to look specifically for the silver lining.

Venus has been retrograde since March 6 and will be in effect until the 16th.  Venus RX tend to subtly and gently call our attention to something we've been neglecting.  She has spent most of this time in your 5th House, so there's a good chance whatever that happens to be is going to tie into everything else, perhaps being the cause for any dilemmas.

Daily and Short-term Aspects

Starting on the 3rd some adjustments or a change of course will be required that will relate to your responsibilities at work.  Furthermore, if you've been wanting to indulge in something, your wallet may tell you that it's ill-advised.  This will drive you back to the drawing board, but your mental powers should be in good shape this month and thus help you to find your way through these various challenges, which will include that work versus home issue among other things.  If you haven't solved it by the 7th, some inspiration is likely to come your way, but make sure it's feasible before putting it out there for others to take pot-shots at.  On the 9th Mercury goes into Taurus, your House of work, which will serve to kick up the pace of things there.  The Full Moon is also that day, so watch for indications of something culminating.

Venus backs into Pisces, your 4th House of home environment, on the 11th, looking for any "I forgots" hanging out in that part of your life.  Remember she's trying to remind you of things you've been neglecting, and if you're like most folks, that will be a target-rich environment.  Work and the money issue will also come up at this time.  On the 15th, expect something surprising or disruptive to come up at home.  Creative thought may come to your rescue again, though it's possible that no one will pay much attention to your brilliance at this time.  Venus comes out of retrograde on the 16th, so if you haven't found whatever it is you're neglecting yet, there's a very good chance it will surface between then and the 24th.  On the 18th, some creativity relative to your career goals should prove useful as well.  The Sun goes into Taurus on the 19th, bringing even more emphasis to your House of Work, health and pets.  Note that your health may be up to something if absolutely nothing on the job comes to mind.

On the 21st, Venus and Mars form a nice, friendly conjunction in your 4th House of home environment.  This could manifest as a very positive encounter with someone of the opposite sex or simply bring positive energy that way to get something started, perhaps whatever you've been neglecting in that area.  News about work or your health is going to occupy your mind a lot during this time and on the 24th more news or information will surface that affects your finances and that is also the day of the New Moon.

There will be a lot of mental activity this month, though work and home will be keeping you busy as well.  Things you like to do that gratify your ego in some way will also be present as well as some work or possibly health issues.  Balancing your busy life is going to more of a challenge than ever, though reassessing our priorities and the time we allocate to the different areas of our life is a good exercise to undergo from time to time.  Your Sign Ruler, Jupiter, is in your 3rd House of mental activity, neighborhood, and short journeys, so ideas should be flowing readily and it's likely that there is plenty going on in your neighborhood, including running lots of errands and other busy work.  This is not a month where you're likely to find yourself bored, because when something specific isn't vying for your attention, your mind will be grinding away on other things.  Note the new things you discover this month because it's likely to come in handy later.
