Lunations and Long Term Aspects This month the Full Moon occurs on November 2nd in fellow Earth Sign, Taurus, which represents your 5th House of creativity, ego expression, children, romance, speculation and entertainment. A Full Moon typically heralds an ending, culmination, or shifting to a new phase so you can expect something in this part of your life to get your attention. Something is likely to come to fruition, become more significant or perhaps find resolution. The 5th House is a bit harder to define than some, but generally it contains those things that are all about you and how you feel about yourself, including your personal identity. The Sun - Moon opposition, which defines the Full Moon, comprises the Sun in passionate and sometimes obsessive Scorpio and the Moon, as noted earlier, in Taurus. While Taurus represents your 5th House of ego and such, Scorpio represents your 11th House of others, which includes friends, group associations, organizational ties, and hopes and wishes. Hopes and wishes may seem a bit out of place with this grouping, but these would be those things that you want to accomplish that may require the help of others and not solely dependent on your own actions. Since Cappies tend to like climbing the career ladder and attaining recognition and status, the kind of networking conducted with others is an important element that your introverted tendencies may not pursue as it should unless they're balanced by a more outgoing Ascendant and/or Moon Sign. Mars is currently in Leo and at the time of the Full Moon will form a T-Square with the Sun - Moon from your 8th House of transformations, intimate relationships, death and regeneration, and shared resources. Mars in the 8th House is a transit to keep an eye on since all that energy can make you accident prone; don't take any unnecessary chances this month, particularly those of you with birthdays between December 28 - January 9. Transformational events or experiences are likely which in most cases will be self-directed and will derive from the differences between how you see yourself versus how others see you. This is a time to become more comfortable with who and what you are and present an honest representation to others rather than putting on a facade; a more authentic public image is likely to be the result, which will serve you well over time. Venus is in your 10th House, which is home base for Cappies and represents your career, reputation and status before the world. As a benefic planet, this is a fortuitous placement but will only last until November 7th. At the time of the Full Moon, however, she is forming a T-Square with the Lunar Nodes. Neptune is quite antithetical to Saturn; while Saturn builds and provides structure, Neptune dissolves and dissipates. However, Neptune also can fuel your dreams and provide inspiration, though you are well-advised to give them sanity checks. Neptune will come out of retrograde within a few days, allowing that energy to be externalized. In trine with Venus this should help you to define your dreams related to your material situation as they relate to your career or public image. This is the time to set you eyes on a financial goal or the personal comfort zone of your dreams then expect the Universe to show you the way to attain it. The trine with Chiron, the "wounded healer," should also have a positive influence by helping to resolve, heal or provide understanding toward anything that has brought you disappointment in this area in the past. Venus is also quincunx Uranus who's camped out in your 3rd House of thoughts, ideas, neighbors and short journeys. Uranus brings innovation, spontaneity, and often rebellion and breaking free of restrictions. A quincunx typically denotes the need for a change of course or adjustment, implying that a major change to your mindset is required to find the benefits that await with regard to your career or status. Thus, pay attention to any unconventional ideas that come along and be patient with any other disruptions as they will be to your advantage, provided you handle them properly. This could bring your attention to a group or organization that could assist you. However, proceed with caution and consider past experience in similar situations because the level of obligation it may entail may be higher than you're willing to provide. Venus goes into Scorpio on the 7th, which will provide you with the charm you need to take care of business in a pleasant way, regardless of what it may entail. November 8: Expect further light regarding that situation with a group, organization or relative to your goals. Now is when the true cost will become apparent and whether it will be worth it or meet your needs. There's always a price to pay and even if it's only time and not money, it will take away from that available to pursue your personal ambitions. Again, look to past experience as well as what you really want to do as opposed to doing something simply to please others. November 10: Your goals and finances may conflict today.
