Expect a variety of experiences this month that will likely cover the emotional spectrum.  December starts out with the Sun, Mars, and Mercury in your 11th House of friends, which should bring you lots of attention, energy, and make you even more talkative than ever.  There's a clutch of planets in Capricorn as well as the month begins, which will be delivering various impressions to your 12th House of spirituality, dreams, and inspiration.  On the 1st expect a nice flash of inspiration or a spiritual experience of some type brought about by a conjunction between Venus and Jupiter.  The Goddess of Love is usually quite friendly and rules relationships as well as your finances while Jupiter expands upon whatever he touches.  This combo should lend a definite helping hand toward any area of your life that can use some inspiration or a spiritual boost.  Ponder upon them and put the energy to work.  We can get so caught up in our busy lives that we don't feed this side of ourselves as we should, so take a few moments the first day or so of the month to give this some thought as we move into the holiday season and a new year.  Times are looking as if challenges are on the way, but we can prosper and grow under any circumstances with enough inspiration, so give it a shot.

Around December 5th - 6th, give or take a few days, some surprising news of some type may come your way that pertains to your finances in some way and could cause a conflict of some sort.  If someone owes you money, they may tell you they lost their job and can't pay you back right now, or someone may call in a loan from you at a most inconvenient time.  Another possibility is an unexpected expense coming along that requires you to give up something you'd been looking forward to.  A burst of activity is likely to occur about the same time, either within your large circle of friends or regarding an organization you're involved with.  This is most likely to be pleasant, though there is a remote chance it could manifest as a confrontation or challenge of some kind.  If there's something you've been hoping to accomplish this should provide some favorable energy to push you in that direction.

Expect another surge in the imagination department on the 7th, which should provide an opportunity of some sort.  If you've been hoping for something, this may just help you figure out how to get it in spite of any other setbacks you might be seeing around this same time.  This same day Venus slips into Aquarius, which is a visit you should enjoy.  This will increase your personal appeal tremendously, which is always helpful if you're trying to accomplish something that requires help from others.  On the 8th expect an annoyance or nuisance to come your way from someone or something from your past.  Your beliefs may be challenged as well about this same time, either by this or something else that makes you give them some serious thought.  On the 10th a disruption is likely that will inconvenience you in some way and will also cause some tension with your significant other or perhaps your wallet.  If you're shopping for the holidays, this could manifest as no more serious than a store running out of a sale item, so don't worry too much, just maintain some reserves and don't take your credit cards and cash reserves to the edge.

The Full Moon in Gemini on the 12th brings a major aspect known as a Grand Mutable Cross as Mars, Uranus, the Moon, and Saturn square off with one another in the Mutable signs of Sagittarius, Pisces, Gemini and Virgo, respectively.  A Full Moon usually indicates the culmination or end of a phase, and this will occur in your 5th House of children, romance, creativity and speculation.  The planets involved aren't particularly friendly and the square certainly isn't an aspect we look forward to.  Expect a separation, delay, possible conflicts within your group associations, or perhaps financial issues.  Whatever it is, it will most likely trigger some serious introspection and deep thought that will affect you in a lasting way.  The good news is that it should be an ending, bringing these particular issues to a close, which always implies a new beginning is right around the corner, in this case on the 27th with the New Moon in Capricorn, your 12th House of inspiration, which should help you get on track in a new direction, if necessary.

Meanwhile, on or around the 15th another challenge is likely to come your way that will call attention to your sense of responsibility.  In particular, make sure your driving is within the speed limit and that you don't indulge in any other activity that could get you in trouble with the authorities.  If you do, it could cause you a goodly sum of money.  For example, if your company Christmas party is around this time, be sure you have a designated driver or you'll be tempting fate in an unfavorable way.

On the 16th a lot of dream activity is likely, which could bring you some interesting ideas and inspiration.  There's a lot of emphasis on your spiritual side this month, as noted earlier, so don't be surprised if a lot of the information comes in this way.  Sometimes dreams are hard to remember, but the more vivid and memorable they are, the more important they are.  Keep a notepad and pen by your bed so you can jot down some reminders as soon as you wake up as there is probably a message in any you can recall that you'll want to ponder upon later.  If you've been neglecting this part of your life lately, some of this could simply be this side of you screaming for attention.  Retrospection, dealing with old, unresolved issues, reassessing some of you decisions, and other such internal rumblings will be more active than usual this month due to all this activity in your 12th House, especially now that Pluto is in Capricorn again.  He doesn't let you sweep things under the rug for long, so don't be surprised if he shows up with an industrial sized broom to do some housecleaning.

Christmas Eve should bring a few surprises which should be pleasant, though not what you expect.  There may be a few snags, but hopefully nothing more serious than spilling some punch on your new outfit or burning the dinner rolls.  Christmas should be fairly quiet as each of the planets take a break from each other, then on the 26th you'll have more thoughts that relate to your more serious side and possible things you should put on your New Years Resolution list.  As noted earlier, the New Moon is on the 27th, and the aspects that come along with that should further ignite your imagination.  You may find yourself in a dilemma, but finding a way out is likely as well.  Just make sure it's realistic and is based on common sense or you may hate yourself in the morning.

Mars will be in conjunction with Pluto on the 28th, which represents a tremendous amount of energy.  Mars is all about drive and aggression and Pluto about power and this will also occur in your 12th House of inspiration, spirituality and dreams.  One thing to look out for, however, is that this house is also the residence of hidden enemies, and this kind of energy could bring that out in the form of someone trying to undermine you through a power play or other form of aggression.  Therefore, watch your back and harness this energy to commit to new heights spiritually and to channel your inspiration in a positive direction.  This will be helped along by an extra surge of dream or thought activity, courtesy of a conjunction between Mercury and Jupiter.

There are numerous planetary conjunctions this month, which is inevitable when they're all clustered together along the Zodiac as much as they are now.  You're going to find that your life is affected by others, including society as a whole, more than usual and that you can't escape its influence, even if you wanted to.  There's a lot going on in the world these days, and it's all being influenced by these energies.  This may be what seems a rather weird month to you due to all that 12th House activity, but rest assured that they're well on their way to Aquarius and once they make an appearance in your 1st House things are going to get a whole lot better.
