This month's Full Moon in Libra on 11 April suggests you'll encounter something that involves one or more relationships, given that sign rules such things. Remember, also, that a Full Moon typically indicates an ending, culmination, or shift to a new phase. Since you interact with people several areas of you life, this makes sense, whether it relates to the people next door, your job, friends, school, income, or whatever. The troublesome T-squares continue, those outer planets moving slowly enough that they maintain such things for a long time. This is how major trends develop and play out, but when they're as annoying as these have been, it certainly can get old. To refresh your memory, this one suggests difficulties taking control of something you would like to pursue which is also likely to involve others, either directly or indirectly, perhaps even simply that you're bucking up against unfavorable opinions or lack of support. If someone in authority is doing something like that, you are probably just about to the point, or possibly already there, where you are ready to fight for what you want. Breaking away if favored, but not necessarily easily.

Even if people aren't holding you back, other obstacles are likely; unfortunately, Saturn stationed retrograde a few days before this lunation, which is notorious for delays, boundaries, and slowing things down generally, and Mercury stationed retrograde 9 April, so this isn't obviously in your favor, either. However, Mercury RX is an excellent time to rethink, revise, reconsider, and redo. If you're changing course, then this is well-advised, even if it means you can't get moving in the direction you want immediately. Mercury is in Taurus, which isn't known for it's speed but it is for persistence and determination, which suggests once you make up your mind, nothing is going to change it. Mars in Taurus as well is like a bulldozer, which may not move quickly, but will not let anything get in its way. Venus, still retrograde and back in her favorite sign of Pisces, is another indicator of fighting for what you want and she's ready to take on anyone holding you back.

An aspect pattern I call a Course Adjustment Loop and sometimes referred to as a Learning Triangle, is out there, which implies a change of course is favored, which will help to some degree.  This will come about when you have finally had enough and make up your mind, once and for all, to take control and pursue your own direction. So there are some definite themes in this lunation, which bode nicely if you're tired of the status quo.

NEW MOON

The New Moon on 26 April is in Taurus, a Fixed, Earth sign that enjoins patience and determination. Mercury is still retrograde and conjunct Uranus in Aries, which suggests rethinking or reconsidering an impulsive action, perhaps attempting to undo something that didn't turn out as you had hoped. They are both trining Saturn, which has recently stationed retrograde, a time to rebuild and restructure. Venus is now direct and in the last degree of Pisces, where she is exalted. Venus is now the morning star, rising before the Sun, a time when various ancient cultures considered her the goddess of war as opposed to love. She is squaring Saturn, ruler of authority figures, responsibility, and tradition, suggesting conflicts in that area. Power trips and struggles are afflicting relationships where such has not been worked out in a fair and defined manner, but inspiration can help sort things out, if both parties are willing to make the necessary adjustments. Moving forward in a logic manner, based in data as opposed to feelings or emotion, could be the appropriate path, of which there are more than one. In other words, there is more than one way to solve the current problem.

OTHER COSMIC EVENTS

Three planets station retrograde this month (Saturn, Mercury & Pluto); one stations direct (Venus); and one is ongoing (Jupiter). Saturn stations retrograde on 6 April at 27:48 Sagittarius. Saturn RX typically indicates an area of your life that needs to be redefined and restructured, depending on in which house the event occurs. For Scorpio, Sagittarius is your 2nd house of income, finances, needs, comforts, and pleasures. I have known more Scorpios with problems in this area than not; money management is not always your forte, unless you have some strong Earth energy in your natal chart providing grounding. As someone who is passionate by nature and emotionally driven, when you want something, you're prone to get it, whether or not it is in your best interest in the long-term. Saturn retrograde lasts for several months. Most of this time he is nudging you at the subconscious level with regard to what needs to be done. If what this is currently is not obvious to you, it will eventually become evident, at which time you should decide what needs to be done to fix it.

It's possible that a 5th house issue relates in some manner which could be related to your self-expression/ego, creative endeavors, romance, children, entertainment, and speculation. In other words, are your over-indulging in any of these areas, having a negative impact on your finances? This could also be a matter of dissatisfaction with your job, in which case a change is probably in order and should be investigated at this time. This station will have the strongest effect on Scorpios born right around 20 November, who are likely to encounter an annoyance that gets their attention regarding what needs to be done.

Mercury stations a few days later on 9 April at 04:51 Taurus. Mercury RX is the time to rethink redo, refine, reconsider, edit, or revise and not so good to begin a new endeavor. This is a time to look back and assess where you are and re-plan as required to achieve your objectives. If your birthday is right around 28 October this station will have more impact. It occurs in your 7th house of close relationships, which includes your significant other, business partners, close friends and relatives, competitors, and open enemies, suggesting the need to reconsider something in that part of your life. Your intuition should be active at this time, which can help guide you to understand what the problem is and what changes need to be made.

Pluto stations retrograde 20 April at 19:24 Capricorn. His message is often one of elimination, to get rid of something you no longer need, whether it involves cleaning out the garage or attic, getting rid of old baggage, or perhaps relationships that no longer serve a constructive purpose. Capricorn is your 3rd house of thoughts, ideas, siblings, neighbors, and local travel, which suggests involvement in this part of your life. Pluto also relates to unresolved issues and transformations, so factor those in as well as you ponder which element of the 3rd house is trying to get your attention. This could be an old, unresolved issue with a sibling, or even a need to quit wasting time running around pursuing errands which could be done in a more efficient way. If your thinking is skewed regarding something, this is another thing to consider. It's likely that all these retrogrades will be working together, so where those lines intersect is where to look for clues, if you don't already know what this is probably all about.

Venus stations direct 15 April at 26:55 Pisces. Since Pisces is the sign where she is exalted, and thus functions at top efficiency, it's almost like she didn't like Aries, a sign of her debility, and decided to go back to where she was comfortable for a while before heading out into the cold, cruel world. Her station chart implies an opportunity to take action restructuring and rebuilding some part of your life, which hands off nicely to the planets above who station retrograde. Pisces is a fellow Water sign which represents your 5th house of creativity, ego, creativity, and such, as noted earlier. Pisces stationing here should generally have a favorable effect, but you may not see it as such if it conflicts with your current set of values. That is another function of Venus RX, to define what you value. This, in turn, implies, what are you willing to give up for it?  This is likely to also tie in with the retrograde stations, perhaps setting the stage for changes that need to be made.
