The first notable cosmic event this month of many is Venus stationing direct after over a month of doing the backstroke.  Her mission during that time is typically to call attention to what you value and whether you're willing to fight for it.  Fighting for what you want is usually not a problem for an Aries, but the real key is to not waste your energy on anything that isn't worth it.  Most of this gig took place in fellow Fire Sign, Leo, your 5th house of creativity, children, romance, ego definition, speculation and entertainment so this is one place to look if you're not sure what this was about for you.  If your birthday is right around April 4, the station degree trines your Sun, giving it some additional input.  Letting go of something from the past is possibly part of this process given the involvement of Pluto in your 10th house of status.  Recognizing the difference between fantasy and reality is important as well with a change of course suggested there as well.  You may not like some of the information coming in, perhaps from someone close to you, but that doesn't mean you should discount it.

The New Moon this month is also a Solar Eclipse that occurs in Virgo, your 6th house of work, health, service and pets.  Eclipses have a lot more punch than the usual lunation with effects that can linger for months.  If your birthday is right around April 10 this one will have more personalized meaning for you.  A sudden flash of brilliance that suggests a change of course is likely, perhaps due to a new romantic encounter or perhaps refreshing an old one.  Resolving old issues is key to this process as well whether it involves letting go of the past or a new start.  In case you're wondering, this eclipse is only visible in the southernmost part of Africa and parts of Antarctica.  It's also annular as opposed to total, the Moon to far away to entirely occlude the Sun.

Just when things got rolling again, Mercury stations retrograde on September 17 in Libra, your 7th house of close relationships including your significant other, close friends and relatives, business partners, business professionals, competitors and open enemies.  This fits in with the transformation theme of resolving old issues with a suggestion to rethink one or more relationships.  Opportunities related to your 5th house as defined above are likely to come about as a result.  It's also possible that you got involved with someone a little too quickly and this will be a period to learn from it and possibly past mistakes of the same nature.  If you tend to idealize your romantic partners only to have them fall from grace this is worth consideration as well.  Being over-critical is possible as Jupiter goes through Virgo so make sure you're not exaggerating.

The Sun goes into Libra on September 23, marking the autumnal equinox in the Northern Hemisphere and vernal equinox in the Southern Hemisphere.  Ingresses into Cardinal signs like your own indicate the changing of the seasons with the ingress chart important for mundane astrology including weather prediction.  As the Sun enters your 7th house this is likely to also be a time when relationships gain additional emphasis and importance.  Your beliefs and expectations with regard to the people in your life, particularly related to responsibility, are something to think about as well.

Pluto stations direct on September 25, a time when past ruminations may culminate in decision.  Wanting to take action may be foiled in a variety of ways, however.  Your sign ruler, Mars, just went into Virgo, your house of work and health, which may interfere with those responsibilities or your attitude toward them.  Think back on those lessons from Venus and what you value to help figure out what those lessons may have been.  Breaking away from old self-defeating habits is possible as you sort things out.

The Full Moon this month is also an eclipse, this one of the lunar variety.  It occurs in your sign and on your natal Sun if your birthday is right around March 25.  Lunar eclipses tend to operate more on the emotional plane than solar and with Mercury retrograde in your house of relationships it wouldn't be surprising if something is going on in that part of your life.  Letting go of the past and starting anew is favored.  Assuming responsibility for yourself and your actions, including affairs of the heart, could be a major theme at this time, considering all the influences with implications in that direction.
