This is another busy astrological month with a lot going on.  Venus stations direct on September 6, which should help improve a few things.  Hopefully you used that time to assess what you value most and made a few adjustments accordingly.  Venus performed most of her retrograde gig in your 7th house of relationships.  This combined with her encounters with Mars also have relationship implications.  Venus rules your 4th house of home environment and new endings/beginnings as well as your 9th of beliefs and expectations which deserved scrutiny as well.  As Venus stations a change of course is likely as you recognize a few things you'd missed before, perhaps only at the subconscious level, but sufficiently to see things through different eyes and make some changes.

The New Moon this month is also a solar eclipse, which gives it a lot more punch and staying power than the usual garden variety lunation.  Unfortunately it will only be visible in the southern tip of Africa and parts of Antarctica, plus it's annular, which means the Moon is far enough away at the time that it won't entirely cover the Sun.  Nonetheless, astrologically it's an eclipse which will have more influence than the typical New Moon.  It occurs in Virgo, your 8th house of transformations, death and rebirth, shared resources, intense experiences, debt and things you suppress.  Breakthroughs are possible, which will bring a change of course which is likely to also tie in with Venus' retrograde mission.  Your beliefs and expectations or attitude is likely to be affected by new information which will influence this change.  Relationship issues are still emphasized by Mars and Venus in your house of relationships.  Be cautious with any investments which are likely to not be nearly as profitable as they appear.

Just when things seemed to get moving again, of course Mercury stations retrograde on September 17.  This occurs in Libra, your 9th house of beliefs, philosophy of life, higher learning, legal matters, cultural roots, long-distance travel and relocation.  This implies that it's a time to rethink something going on in this part of your life.  If your birthday is right around February 5 this will have more influence.  Remember this is not the time to buy anything mechanical or electronic, or heaven forbid, both, such an automobile or appliance.  In particular, be rethinking any brainstorms you've had lately or thoughts that once again tie back to relationships.  This is a time to listen to your intuition which may be trying to tell you something to which you're turning a deaf ear.

The Sun enters Libra on September 23 marking the autumnal equinox in the Northern Hemisphere and vernal equinox in the Southern Hemisphere.  This egress of the Sun into a Cardinal sign as well as all others marks the beginning of a new season with the chart for that events significant for mundane affairs as well as the weather.  Pluto stations direct on September 25, which could start bringing various things to the surface from your subconscious as well as the world in general.  There could be some big surprises with this one, though they could also be elusive as far as what the truth really is.  Now that Saturn has entered Sagittarius, your 11th house of friends and goals, you can use his ambitious and organized nature plus the fact he's your traditional sign ruler to put together some plans for anything going on in this part of your life including group interactions and networking to get what you want.

The Full Moon on September 27 is a lunar eclipse in Aries, your 3rd house of thoughts, ideas, siblings, neighbors and local travel.  If your birthday is around January 25 it will form an aspect pattern known as a Triangle of Potential with your natal Sun which suggests a time to take charge of what you want to accomplish in the coming months.  Be aware that Mars has entered your 8th house which is a time to exercise caution generally and not take any unnecessary changes since it can predispose you to accidents and impulsive actions that may not be beneficial.  Jupiter in that house may not necessarily be as lucky as you'd hope.  Continue to be cautious and remember Mercury is still retrograde, so this is a time for reconsidering as opposed to action.
