The first cosmic event of note this month is Mercury stationing direct on October 9 in Libra, your 8th house of transformations, death and rebirth, debt, shared resources, intense experiences and things you suppress.  Mercury has spent a significant amount of time in this house with the retrograde period typically directed at rethinking, reconsidering, redoing and revising.  The Sun is there, too, further bringing attention to this part of your life and implying some important lessons to be learned.  Neptune transiting your 1st house is contributing significantly to your Piscean nature, especially if your birthday is right around February 26.  Neptune is getting some serious grounding at this time, however, from Venus, Mars, the Moon and Jupiter all in Virgo, your 7th house of relationships including your significant other, close friends and relatives, business partners, competitors, business professionals and open enemies. 

Virgo is practical, organized and prone to being perfectionistic which tends to be quite contrary to Pisces' basic nature.  Thus, if you've gone off the deep end in any way, this dose of common sense could be exactly what you need.  Pluto in your 11th house of goals, groups, friends, organizations, hopes and wishes suggests this part of your life is undergoing a transformation which can assist with these issues and influences.  In other words, since Virgo is your 7th house of close relationships, all that energy over there is likely to represent a variety of people pushing back against any delusional ideas until you change some of your goals or perhaps group associations who are holding you back.  Whatever ideas you come up with for change are likely to encounter resistance from someone close to you.  Saturn in Sagittarius, your 10th house of career, reputation, public image and status, suggests restructuring this part of your life.  Saturn transits are often quite grueling so depending on your situation you may need to hunker down for the long haul with resistance every step of the way.

The Full Moon on October 27 is in your 3rd house of thoughts, ideas, siblings, neighbors and local travel, suggesting an ending, culmination or shift to a new phase of something in this part of your life.  The opposition from your 7th house of relationships has eased up but a change of direction is likely which you may not like.  Whoever has been giving you resistance looks as if they have prevailed but you may not be entirely onboard.  Your beliefs and expectations may still be colored by rose-colored glasses even though you're probably receiving a lot of information to the contrary.  This looks like a favorable time to tap into your natural adaptability and consider going with the flow.
