This month is a busy one astrologically, beginning and ending with a Full Moon with the New Moon and two planets stationing retrograde between them.  The Full Moon on July 1 is in Capricorn, your 6th house of work, health, service and pets which suggests an ending, culmination or shift to a new phase of something in this part of your life.  Pluto in that sign where he's been for quite a while and will remain for a while longer, given as he's only about halfway through, has been pushing for transformational change, addressing control issues, or elimination of something in this part of your life.  Neptune in your 8th house of transformations which will further aid this process, perhaps through some inspiration.  The Sun and Mars are both in your 12th house of enlightenment, spirituality, seclusion, confinement, hidden enemies, self-undoing, your subconscious mind and inspiration, further aiding this process.

There's a nice sextile pattern accompanying this lunation which can also provide some support.  Mercury in dignity in Gemini, the sign he rules, is in your 11th house of friends, groups, organizations, goals, hopes and wishes where he may provide some ideas or information in or from one of these areas.  He's hooked up with Uranus in your 9th house of beliefs, expectations, higher learning, legal matters, long-distance travel, other cultures, relocation and philosophy of life which suggests sudden change in this area or perhaps letting go of an old attitude.  Mercury is also connected with Jupiter and Venus in your sign, two benefit planets who have probably brought some luck your way during their trip through the zodiac.  In fact, I hope you have seen these two in the sky after sunset where they have been performing a beautiful light show.  If your birthday is right around August 14 - 16 they are conjunct your natal Sun, making their effect more pronounced.  Have these two in your first house will generally be quite beneficial, make others more receptive to you and even enhance your appearance and confidence.  So whatever is going on at work shows promise of turning to your advantage.

The New Moon on July 15 is in Cancer, your 12th house of your subconscious mind as defined above.  This hints at bringing something new your way which may further challenge your current belief system or some other 9th house issue such as your beliefs and expectations as defined above.  Since your subconscious feeds your intuition, be sure to listen to it at this time since it's probably giving you important information.  Mercury and Mars are conjunct in Cancer as well, suggesting further that information will come your way though with Mars involved, especially in the sign of his fall, it may not be favorable.  Mercury and Mars are opposing Pluto in your house of work so think about what's going on in that part of your life as well as any service or health issues.  Jupiter and Venus may help you out in some way, however, perhaps by adding to your natural charm as you deal with whatever the issues happens to be. Saturn retrograde in your 4th house of home environment, cultural roots, memories, endings and new beginnings indicates something is being restructured or rebuilt in this part of your life and is still likely to be a challenge, at least until the first part of August when he finally stations direct.

Venus stations retrograde on July 25 in your next door neighboring sign, Virgo.  I find this rather amusing since Virgo is the sign of Venus' fall and it reminds me of stepping into cold water and rethinking whether you really want to dive in or not.  This is your 2nd house of income, finances, possessions, comforts, needs and pleasures and for Leos Venus is actually accidentally dignified in that house which helps mitigate that somewhat.  The fact that she's stationing and about to go backwards, however, should send a bit of a warning, however, that any improvements in this part of your life may be delayed.  Any plans of an expansive nature are not likely to find favor or encounter some restrictions at this time but if you react with logic as opposed to anger you have a better chance of working things out.  Continue to keep an eye out for anyone trying to undermine you or self-sabotage.  Maintain your optimism that whatever is going on that you'll get through it and things will eventually improve.  Remember that Venus is the natural ruler of love and money so one or both may be involved as well which is already implied with her stationing RX in your 2nd house of money and comforts.

Uranus stations retrograde the next day on July 26.  As noted earlier, he's in your 9th house of beliefs, expectations and so forth.  Mars in your 12th house of your subconscious mind and hidden enemies is still squaring him which suggests the need to let go of some belief or other 9th house matter, whether it relates to education or even a legal issue, that has been troubling you.  Uranus is difficult to predict due to his nature of bringing surprises and he's even more erratic when retrograde.  New starts may continue to be delayed, possibly due to a variety of unexpected events.

The Full Moon on July 31 is in your polar sign, Aquarius, which is your 7th house of relationships including your significant other, close friends and relatives, business partners, business professionals, cliental, competitors and open enemies.  This suggests the ending, culmination or shift to a new phase of something in this part of your life.  Home issues or new beginnings are still encountering resistance, but a few things are turning to your favor as new information or ideas come your way to deal with whatever is going on.  Those of you who have July birthdays may need to brace yourself for the long haul since some of these somewhat unfriendly aspects could be part of your solar return and thus with you all year.  Not fun, but at least when you know the source you can rest assured that it will eventually work its way out since everything cycles.
