The Full Moon on 3 February is in fellow Fixed Sign, Leo, your 4th house of home environment, cultural roots, memories, endings and new beginnings.  If your birthday is right around May 5 this is likely to have a slightly stronger effect.  With the Sun and Mercury retrograde in your 10th house of career it's likely you've been rethinking something associated with this part of your life or perhaps your status, reputation or public image which are also associated with this house.  Mercury goes direct on 11 February so it's best to hold off making any final decisions or taking definitive action until that time.  It's possible that your friends or associates are pushing you toward something that would amount to a major change of direction.  You are probably not that impulsive so continue to gather information and assess it for a while longer.  Unexpected insights could come your way which help you fit the pieces together.  Shedding old attitudes and opinions which could be holding you back may be required, something that isn't easy for a Bull.  Just make sure that your aversion to change does not keep you from one you'd like in the long-run.

With Neptune, Venus and Mars all in your 11th house of friends, networking, groups, organizations, hopes, wishes and goals keep watch for opportunities to come from that part of your life.  Perhaps your long-term goals are not entirely clear, which could hold you back.  Putting a concrete plan with some serious structure behind it could help.  Venus, your sign ruler, is in Pisces, sign of her exaltation, which could prove very fortunate.  Mars is not quite so comfortable in that sign, however, which could make you more hesitant about taking action.  Use that Mercury RX energy to the fullest to sort things out.

The New Moon on 18 February is in Aquarius, which was the case last month as well, which is quite unusual.  Last month it occurred at the first degree of Aquarius and this one is at the very end at 29:59.9 Aquarius, which is about as close to the end as you can get.  Nonetheless, it's in that sign which as noted earlier is your 10th house of career, status and public image.  Now that Mercury is direct this could be a second chance at something that didn't quite come through last month due to Mercury stationing retrograde the day after January's New Moon.  More information and ideas should be flowing now but some hesitance is still possible with Mars still in Pisces, albeit also at 29 degrees.  The 29th degree has a lot of energy behind it and when a Fixed Sign is involved it can often indicate a permanent ending.  While a New Moon often indicates something new, that can often be associated with a new beginning which always occurs after something ends. 

On 21 February Venus, Mars and the Moon all go into Aries, your 12th house of spirituality, enlightenment, seclusion, confinement, dreams, visions, your subconscious mind, self-undoing and hidden enemies.  This could bring an interesting revelation or some other nudge that helps everything else fall into place.  There's a lot of energy out there that relates to letting go of the past in some manner that will affect your attitude and worldview.  If you're in a situation that you currently feel opposed to in some way it's worth it to do some data gathering followed by practical thought to see if a change is in order.
