The Full Moon on April 4 is also a Lunar Eclipse which gives it more punch as well as staying power given that its influence can extend before as well as after the eclipse itself.  It occurs in Libra, your 8th house of transformations, death and rebirth, intense experiences, debt, and shared resources.  The eclipse will quincunx your natal Sun if your birthday is right around March 5 and implies an important change of direction.  The Sun is transiting Aries, bringing attention to your 2nd house of finances, income, possessions (including your physical body), needs, comforts and pleasures.  Mercury in that sign suggests information pertaining to this part of your life while the Sun applying to a conjunction with Uranus implies it could take you by surprise or provide the means to break away from something or make a major change.

Your traditional sign ruler, Jupiter, is in Leo, your 6th house of work, health, service and pets and mediating this eclipse as well as inflating its power.  If your birthday is right around March 4 your natal Sun is at the eye of a yod with the Moon and Jupiter at the base, giving this additional important with a touch of fate attached.  Leveraging this energy is a good idea if you've been wanting to make a change.  Saturn in your 10th house of career, status, public image and reputation is in a quincunx with Mars in the 3rd of thoughts, ideas, siblings, neighbors and local travel which implies taking action on an idea which will influence your status as well, so this holds the potential for important changes coming your way.

Jupiter stations direct on April 8 which further infuses energy into your natal Sun if it's around 12 degrees Libra and will reinforce that yod noted above.  Uranus and Mercury are conjunct in Aries suggesting surprising news related to your 2nd house as defined above.  Pluto in your 11th house of friends, goals, hopes, wishes, groups, organizations and networking conflicts with this information in some way suggesting the need to let go of something that is holding you back, such as a goal that no longer applies or perhaps a controlling friend or organization which is no longer serving your best interests.  Taking action on ideas to modify your current direction may receive an additional boost in the form of emotional commitment at this time as well.

The New Moon on April 18 is also in Aries, your 2nd house, which implies something new.  Taking action on your ideas may conflict with your work or possibly your health but breaking away from whatever has been holding you back is favored.  This looks like a time of important decisions which probably won't be easy.  This is where your strong intuition is your best advisor.  Those of your born February 28 have Neptune, your modern sign ruler, parked on your natal Sun which can have a variety of effects ranging from being a total space cadet to heavily inspired.  With the Lunar Nodes in the same degree of their respective signs, you could be in for an important life change as well.
