The Full Moon on April 4 is also a lunar eclipse which gives it a considerable amount of punch and staying power.  If your birthday is right around October 8 this eclipse falls on your natal Sun which is likely to have a huge impact.  Typically eclipses on your natal Sun or Moon bring major changes and/or decisions which shift your life in a new direction.  I have had this occur four times in my lifetime and each has been important such as committing to a relationship, moving to another state, and going back to school for eclipses on my Sun and getting married and getting a divorce (38 years apart) for a solar eclipse on my natal Moon.  According to eclipse guru and master astrologer, Bernadette Brady, this is a relatively friendly eclipse which involves relationships, which is suitable for Libra which is the sign that rules them.

Jupiter is tied into the eclipse which will inflate it's effects.  He's in Leo, your 11th house of friends, groups, goals, organizations, and networking which suggests this part of your life will be important.  Perhaps a friend will become more important or introduce you to someone who is.  Your exalted sign ruler, Saturn, is in your 3rd house of thoughts, ideas, siblings, neighbors and local travel and being trined by Mercury in your 7th house of relationships which implies restructuring your thoughts about someone or something.  Mars in your 8th house of transformations and intense, life-changing experiences implies that this will change the course of your life, further supporting the theme of eclipses in general.  Your sign ruler, Venus, is also in Taurus, your 8th, which supports this as well.  Thus, if you are looking for a relationship this looks like a favorable month to socialize and see what develops.

Jupiter stations direct, i.e. comes out of retrograde, on April 8.  He does so at 12:35 Leo which sextiles your natal Sun if your birthday is right around October 6.  This suggests an opportunity could be coming your way and is likely to come your way through an organization or friend which will deliver surprising news or information.  Pluto chugging along in your 4th house of home environment, cultural roots, memories, endings and new beginnings is showing some resistance to this, perhaps a situation where you have to let go of something from the past or being under someone's control.  The transformational change described for the eclipse is still in effect as well, giving it an additional shove.

The New Moon on April 18 is, not surprisingly, in Aries, your 7th house of relationships and thus suggests a new beginning of some sort.  Be on the lookout for rumors at work which you should confirm before acting upon them or changing your beliefs or attitude.  Taking action toward letting go or breaking away from something in the past which has been bothering you is favored as part of this event or situation.  Those of you born right around October 3 - 4 may discover some interesting situations as well as the Lunar North Node conjoins your natal Sun, another astrological transit that tends to have an important influence.
