Lunations and Long-term Aspects

This month should be a bit quieter than last between those two eclipses and Mercury retrograde though you may still be dealing with the eclipses if they hit your chart in a significant way.  Those of you born April 21 and May 5 are most likely to have been affected by the eclipses and those with birthdays right around May 7 could have encountered something around the time Mercury stationed direct.  As you may recall last summer there was a quincunx between Uranus and Saturn which lasted for 6 weeks.  That's a long time for planets to infuse a certain degree with energy and it's possible that Mercury stationing in that same degree albeit in a different sign could have kicked off something else.  I know of at least two people with planets at 16 degrees who definitely felt some serious kick on the day Mercury stationed in the unfortunate form of an auto accident which totaled their car, something that incorporates the domain of all three planets.  Mercury rules travel and movement as well as thoughts and judgment; Uranus rules surprises and unexpected events; and Saturn rules structure and law, all of which were involved.  To the credit of modern safety equipment injuries were relatively minor for a crash at highway speeds but the incident epitomized what was going on at 16 degrees.

The Full Moon on November 6 is in your sign and conjunct your natal Sun if your birthday is right around May 5, giving it more influence.  Watch for something to end, culminate or shift to a new phase in your life, quite possibly in the relationship area.  Your sign ruler is in your 7th house of close relationships which makes this even more likely.  Saturn continues his trek through Scorpio where that house lies which emphasizes structure and responsibility.  Uranus is still lurking in Aries, your 12th house of dreams, visions, enlightenment, seclusion, confinement, institutions, hidden enemies and self-undoing where he could be stirring up a few surprises in that area, perhaps to the point of driving a major change of direction.

Jupiter is in fellow Fixed Sign, Leo, your 4th house of home environment, cultural roots, memories, endings and new beginnings where he could be inflating events related to that part of your life.  Thus if there is any sort of conflict it's likely to be blown out of proportion so be sure to put all your natural inborn patience and common sense to good use in keeping things in the proper perspective.  Your belief system is in the process of being transformed while Pluto transits Capricorn, your 9th house, so be aware of that as well.  Mars has recently entered that venue where he is exalted.  In other words, his drive and energy does well with the inherent discipline and structure of Capricorn.  Remember that the 9th house includes higher learning, legal matters, beliefs, expectations, long-distance travel and relocation so Mars can assist with anyone that needs to be shoved into gear in that part of your life.

Neptune stations direct on November 16 in Pisces, your 11th house of friends, groups, organizations, networking, hopes, goals and wishes.  There's a tremendous amount of energy in your 7th house of close relationships at this time which could cause some conflict at home.  If your birthday is right around April 25 watch for an opportunity to come your way through one of those 11th house people.  One aspect pattern worth noting is a yod a.k.a. "finger of God" in effect, which tends to have a fated flavor.  Uranus is at the eye in your 12th house which includes your subconscious mind as noted above.  The base comprises the Moon in fellow Earth Sign, Virgo, your 5th house of ego, romance, children, entertainment and speculation as well as creativity, and Mercury in Scorpio, your 7th house of relationships.  This could bring a flash of inspiration relative to some situation involving the people in your life.

The New Moon on November 22 is in Sagittarius, your 8th house of transformations, intense experiences, sex, death and rebirth, debt, shared resources and things you suppress.  Your sign ruler, Venus, is over there, too, with all three of them in hard aspect with Neptune in your 11th house of friends and goals as defined above. This suggests some sort of conflict to watch out for.  In particularly, remember that Neptune often brings misunderstandings and/or deception which could involve a friend or group association of some sort so don't believe everything you hear from these people.  Relationship challenges are still out there as well though an adjustment to your expectations may help, particularly if responsibility is involved.  As a Fixed sign change doesn't come easily for you but bear in mind that at some point digging in your heels becomes self-defeating so do your best to be reasonable and at least listen to what others have to say.
