This month's Full Moon is on December 6 in Gemini, your polar sign and 7th house of close relationships including your significant other, close friends and relatives, business partners, business professionals, competitors and open enemies suggesting an ending, culmination or shift to a new phase relative to someone in this part of your life.  If your birthday is right around this day it will most likely be part of your solar return and thus with you for the coming year.  If you're wondering what the coming year will bring be sure to order your solar return report which will give you an excellent overview of what to expect.  While the Sun, Mercury and Venus are in your sign it's an excellent time to be thinking about the coming year and your plans for it.  Saturn will enter your sign on December 24 which will bring additional discipline your way. 

Note that Saturn is the Lord of Karma and quite a task master so if there is anything for which you need a kick in the butt you are likely to get it when Saturn conjoins your Sun and any other planets along the way.  Thus, if you know you are somewhat financially impaired, for example, you probably shouldn't put all those holiday gifts on your credit card.  Pluto has been transiting your 2nd house of income and possessions for a while now and already probably teaching that lesson to rid yourself of anything you no longer need.  A change of course is suggested, perhaps thanks to someone close to you, which may begin as an annoyance yet with some effort be turned into the proverbial blessing in disguise. Saturn will help you find the needed discipline to do what you need to do.  If your life is entirely under control, then you have far less to worry about. 

If your birthday is right around December 16 this is an excellent time to expand upon something related to your 9th house which includes your beliefs and expectations, attitude, philosophy of life, higher learning, other cultures, and long-distance travel; in other words, a trip for the holidays is likely to go well.  Taking action on your ideas is favored these days as well, particularly any of a creative nature.  Uranus in your 5th house is good for innovation in your creative endeavors but can also bring a hectic pace, perhaps even too much of a good thing, with regard to not only your creativity but your ego definition or how you see yourself, children, romance, entertainment and speculation. 

Your sign ruler, Jupiter, stations retrograde on December 8 in fellow Fire Sign, Leo, your 9th house of beliefs and so forth as defined earlier.  This tends to internalize his energy and shift it toward ruminations and considerations related to this part of your life.  If your birthday is right around December 15 this will have some extra impact and probably deliver some excellent insights.  Your thought processes will be enhanced this month, especially if your birthday is right around December 9th, and could bring an emotional transformation. 

December 21 is a busy day astrologically.  It starts out with Uranus stationing direct.  For most of this month Uranus is in partile (same degree) square with Pluto which is stirring things up quite a bit and this station prolongs that aspect.  Pluto in Capricorn functions well for exposing corruption in the corporate and governmental worlds, which has certainly been occurring the past few years.  Uranus in Aries brings rebellion and protests regarding these findings, which we have seen plenty of as well, especially while the aspect has been partile and thus at its strongest.  As Uranus stations direct it is more likely that changes will actually occur in response to the various demands.  Action is favored on the part of groups and organizations which will help bring this about. 

Eighteen minutes and twenty-two seconds after Uranus stations the Sun enters Capricorn, marking the summer solstice in the Southern Hemisphere and the winter solstice in the Northern Hemisphere.  Whenever the Sun enters a Cardinal sign (Aries, Cancer, Libra, Capricorn) the seasons change with that particular Ingress chart influencing the coming season, both literally and figuratively.  It is used particularly for such things as weather prediction as well as mundane and geo-political astrology.  With that Uranus - Pluto square partile it's effects will continue for the coming three months even though it will no longer be partile by the last week of December.  It will still be in effect but not quite as strong.

Two hours, thirty-two minutes and fifty seconds after the Capricorn Ingress the Moon joins the Sun for this months' New Moon.  This places the Sun, Moon, Mercury, Pluto and Venus all in Capricorn, your 2nd house of income, finances, possessions, needs, comforts and pleasures, placing a lot of energy in that house.  There's a possibility that the infamous Uranus-Pluto square could bring some surprises, perhaps from your children, romantic interests, hobbies or speculative ventures that have a negative impact on this part of your life.  Be aware of this possibility and keep an eye on things.  Taking action on your thoughts and ideas is favored, which can help mitigate anything that comes along.
