Lunations and Long-term Aspects

The Full Moon this month on September 8 is in Pisces, your 6th house of work, health, service and pets.  If you employ anyone they also reside in this astrological house.  A Full Moon typically indicates an ending, culmination or shift to a new phase so think about how that may apply to you.  The Sun is in your 12th house of spirituality, enlightenment, dreams, visions, your subconscious mind, the collective consciousness, institutions, confinement, seclusion, hidden enemies and self-defeating behaviors, bringing emphasis to that part of your life which is likely to interact with the Full Moon in some manner.  One possibility could be inspiration toward the next phase of a project at work.

Your sign ruler, Venus, is just upstream from the Sun where she's opposing Neptune over there upstream from the Moon, thus lending some additional energy to these two houses while also suggesting the need for balance.  Of course balance is one thing that Libra knows all about, making this somewhat of a no-brainer for the likes of you.  You do an excellent side of examining both sides and making a logical decision, though that is not always easy if it's an "either/or" type of situation.  There are transformational implications in there which could involve a situation at work where you're not seeing things clearly.  Neptune in that house suggests the possibility for deception, which could be self-imposed.  Perhaps your sense of fairness has gone astray with trusting someone you shouldn't or perhaps someone is taking advantage of you.  If there's someone or something going on that makes you unexplainably uncomfortable take some time to examine it more closely.

Mercury is in your sign which will help facilitate communications.  He's sextile Jupiter in your 11th house of friends, groups, organizations, networking, goals, hopes and wishes which suggests an ongoing expansive effort in this part of your life which can further fuel these ideas.  Brainstorming with others can be quite fruitful at this time.  One particular unusual or unconventional person may be a significant player in this exercise and bring about a change of direction.  There's also a possibility that you need to break away from someone, particularly if others are nudging you in that direction.

Saturn, your exalted sign ruler, is in nextdoor neighboring sign, Scorpio, your 2nd house of income, possessions, finances, needs, comforts, pleasures and what you value.  Whatever is going on with work could involve money and Saturn will help you to work things out to your advantage.  He provides discipline, structure, boundaries and responsibility which may be exactly what you need to help you decide.  Pluto in fellow Cardinal Sign, Capricorn, is transforming your 4th house of home environment, memories, cultural roots, endings and new beginnings.  He's in cahoots with Jupiter in your house of friends to bring about a significant change either on the homefront or perhaps simply a new beginning.  Pluto stations direct on September 22/23 depending on your timezone which will give an additional burst of energy to the situation, particularly if your birthday is right around October 5.

The New Moon on September 24 is, as you would expect, in your sign, and parked on your natal Sun if that is your birthday, give or take a day or so.  If that's the case this lunation will be with you for the entire year as part of your solar return and implies it will be a year of numerous new endeavors.  If you've never treated yourself to a solar return report now would be an excellent time to do so.  Mercury is still in your sign to facilitate more thoughts and ideas.  There's still an ongoing issue related to someone close to you which involves old unresolved issues from the past based on the ongoing square between Uranus and Pluto.  Jupiter is still trining Uranus which continues to suggest that a friend, organization or goal, hope or wish may be involved here as well.  Relationships are important to Libra so it is in your best interest to get this resolved for your own peace of mind.

Taking action on an idea is implied but make sure you have all the information you need.  Neptune in your house of work is involved so if you're thinking of moving forward on something in this part of your life, or anything that involves the 6th house which also includes your health, service, employees and pets, make sure you have all the facts and are not being deceived in some way.  Confusion is another possibility which in the form of stupor of thought is often an indicator that you're on the wrong track.
