This month is definitely not nearly as active in an astrological sense as the last two, especially as far as Cardinal signs such as yourself are concerned.  While you may be in the midst of cleaning up any mess generated by that Grand Cross, at least there are some good signs that things will start to progress again versus the past few months.  This is largely due to Mars coming out of retrograde on May 20 which will help get rid of that feeling of driving with the brakes on or being on a treadmill getting nowhere fast.  The station degree will hit your natal Sun if your birthday is right around October 3.  Mars will be in that degree for quite a long time as he prepares to go direct and then finally does, gradually coming up to speed again.  If you've been more short-tempered than usual lately this could be part of the cause as well as a sense of frustration.  As Mars goes direct you should experience a sense of relief and perhaps even a burst of energy to go along with it.  Your drive should increase as well as you finally get back on track after feeling stuck since the first of March.  If you don't put this energy to good use then you may find it directed at you and even feel under attack.  As always you need to use this energy or it will use you so don't miss out on this opportunity to jump-start something you've been wanting to do.

The Full Moon on May 14 is in Scorpio, the sign nextdoor which is your 2nd house of income, finances, possessions, needs, comforts and pleasures.  A Full Moon typically brings an ending, culmination or shift to a new phase so see what develops.  Saturn is also in that sign and still retrograde, which suggests continued delays and obstacles until July 20 when he finally goes direct.  However, this does not mean that you shouldn't make preparations.  While RX Saturn is nudging you to restructure, rebuild or reorganize something in that part of your life, so taking a good look at your budget never hurts.  Things look good as far as your career is concerned with Jupiter in your 10th house and this could have a favorable effect on your income, so think positive and get your ducks in a row.

Your sign ruler, Venus, is in Aries, your polar sign and 7th house of relationships.  This should be helpful for that part of your life, even if some segments of them may hold you back a bit from what you want to do., though that is also partly due to Mars still retrograde for another week after the Full Moon.  Surprises and disruptions in this part of your life have probably been the "new normal" but this is where you need to recognize that where there's chaos there's also opportunity.  Doing a little research and gathering data  on the subject can help you find them.  Remember that the 7th house, the one in the zodiac that Libra rules, is of special importance to you.  It includes your significant other, close friends and relatives, business partners, business professionals, competitors and open enemies so any of these individuals could be involved.  While chaos reigns in this venue, it's likely that confusion predominates on the job or perhaps downright deception.  Make sure you know what's going on there before taking any definitive action.

The New Moon on May 28 is in fellow Air Sign, Gemini, your 9th house of higher learning, legal matters, beliefs, expectations, philosophy of life, religion, politics, other cultures, long-distance travel and relocation suggesting something new in this part of your life.  By this time Mars is a week into moving forward and in trine to the lunation which provides some extra energy for pursuing whatever it happens to be.  News is readily available and someone you know well could be the one who provides it.  Jupiter is working at career or status expansion and that rebuilding related to your financial picture plays a part.  That house also includes needs, comforts and pleasures, however, so if you've been working too hard maybe this will bring some relief.  Sometimes, believe it or not, it's not all about money but loving what you do.  If you're not happy with your current employment situation then it's a good time to think about what your dream job would be and take steps in that direction.  There will be challenges to be sure, but the cosmic climate out there is in your favor.
