The Full Moon on August 10 is in fellow Air Sign, Aquarius, your 5th house of creativity, children, romance, ego definition, speculation and entertainment or what is sometimes referred to as the "Fun House."  Some houses are considered "bad" and some "good" and this is one of the good ones.  If your birthday is right around October 12 then this lunation forms a nice Triangle of Potential with your natal Sun which puts you in the driver's seat for something good to come your way.  A Full Moon by definition is an opposition between the Sun and Moon, making this a joint effort which usually brings an ending, culmination or shift to a new phase.  Leo, your 11th house of friends, organizations, groups, goals, networking, hopes and wishes, is involved, too, as the location of the Sun, so perhaps this relates to interactions with friends, perhaps completing a pleasant group activity.  Leo is also occupied by Mercury and Jupiter, providing extra energy in that part of your life.  Mercury suggests news and Jupiter, expansion, indicating more activity and interaction. 

Saturn in your nextdoor neighboring sign, Scorpio, is forming a T-square with this lunation which could bring a more serious tone to it.  Scorpio is your 2nd house of income, possessions, finances, needs, comforts, pleasures and what you value and Saturn in that neighborhood is not always pleasant.  As the lord of karma, Saturn can be a stern task-master whose mission is to instill boundaries, discipline, structure and responsibility.  Saturn is your exalted ruler, suggesting that you may have a handle on this part of your life in which case this transit will be less grueling.  If, however, financial management is not exactly your forte, you may be in for some difficult lessons.  At the apex of a T-square with the Full Moon, he could mean that you have to pass up some fun because you can't afford it.  On the positive side, maybe you will pass up frivolities willingly in favor of a more secure future.  On the other hand, this increase in activity may be expensive but worth it.

Saturn has been in a long-term quincunx with Uranus in your polar sign, Aries, which is your 7th house of close relationships.  It includes your significant other, close friends and relatives, business partners, business professionals, cliental, competitors and open enemies.  Uranus in this house is likely to bring a variety of unique people your way, possibly overtly eccentric, and also perhaps a lot of spontaneous activity to the point of being disruptive or disturbing from the people in this part of your life.  Uranus not only represents surprises but also freedom so it could also be a signal to assess your relationships for any that need to go.  This is not an easy task for Libra but if there are any people out there pulling you down then this is an excellent time to cut the cord.  If your birthday is right around October 10 then this is an excellent time to do so.  Looking at the quincunx between Saturn and Uranus, the combination suggests adjustments to your finances or needs based on unexpected events involving others.  If you are continually covering for irresponsible people and it's costing you money, this could be the signal to get out.

Neptune in Pisces, your 6th house of work, health, service and pets, is quincunx Jupiter which suggests another change of course or adjustment.  Neptune in your house of work suggests a number of things from working around water or with some form of liquid to being immersed in a fantasy world of sorts.  Neptune can serve as the zodiacal surfactant and dissolve what he touches and make things elusive or foggy.  Your ambition toward you job may be waning and you may lack drive.  This connection with Jupiter in the house of goals suggests changing course.  If your goals have been too large and unrealistic, then this is the time to adjustment them.  Conversely, if they've been non-existent, that can hinder your motivation and be downright boring so maybe it's time to set some in place.

The New Moon on August 25 is in Virgo, your 12th house of dreams, visions, your subconscious mind, enlightenment, spirituality, inspiration, imagination, institutions, confinement, seclusion, hidden enemies and self-defeating behaviors.  This suggests something new in this part of your life, perhaps a new insight considering Mercury's presence there as well.  Mercury is in dignity and exaltation in Virgo, allowing him to operate at top efficiency.  If you need some insights or inspiration this is an excellent time to seek it out. 

Mercury's importance is further increased by the fact he's part of an aspect pattern known as a yod, a.k.a. finger of god, which tends to have a fated flavor.  He's sextile Mars and Saturn which are conjunct in Scorpio, suggesting inspiration related to taking disciplined action regarding your financial situation.  The final point of the yod is Uranus in Aries, your 7th house of relationships.  This seems to come back to the matter of whether there is some financial vampire out there sucking the life out of your financial situation.  Conversely, this could be someone who is the spark you need to get things together such as a brilliant financial advisor.  Your sign ruler, Venus, is tied into this as well from your house of friends and goals.  However, it looks as if what this other person suggests as a goal may be difficult or not what you have in mind.  This is where Mercury may be able to help you out with some serious inspiration.
