The Full Moon on August 10 is in your polar sign, Aquarius, which represents your 7th house of relationships including your significant other, close friends and relatives, business partners, business professionals, cliental, competitors and open enemies.  This suggests and ending, culmination or shift to a new phase with someone in this part of your life.  If your birthday is this day or the one before or after, this will have tremendous influence which will be with you all year long as part of your solar return.  At this time for all Leos the Sun is in your sign which brings attention to you personally, something most Leo's thoroughly enjoy, basking in the light of their sign ruler.  Jupiter and Mercury are there as well, increasing the buzz.  Saturn, however, is in Scorpio, your 4th house of home environment, memories, cultural roots, endings and new beginnings, and forming a T-square with the lunation which suggests tension and challenges between something in that part of your life as well as yourself and one or more relationships.  Mercury will help you communicate, however, but be a bit cautious that you don't come on too strong or with an intimidating amount of confidence. 

Jupiter tends to inflate and exaggerate what he touches and if your birthday is right around July 29 he is conjunct your natal Sun.  This bring opportunities for self-promotion but can also be your downfall if you don't handle it properly.  Part of this risk derives from a quincunx to Neptune in Pisces, your 8th house of transformations, intense experiences, sex, death and rebirth, shared resources, debt and things you suppress.  Neptune can be delusional, fog your vision and judgment and thus cause false optimism, especially in cahoots with Jupiter.  This particular aspect typically indicates the need for a change of course, to defend your position or in some cases a Catch-22.  Neptune can inspire and enlighten as well, so make sure you keep in touch with your discernment to tell the difference between illusion and reality. 

Mars is connected here, too, which suggests you are in the midst of a new start.  After being stuck in Libra for several months due to retrograde motion, Mars is once again in his element now that he's gone into Scorpio where he is dignified as its traditional ruler.  His drive and energy is imbued with passion and determination to go after what he wants, with a vengeance if necessary.  Just make sure you don't take on too much or have unrealistic expectations.

Saturn's long-term quincunx with Uranus is still in effect which is also worth looking at to see how this plays into your situation.  Uranus is in fellow Fire Sign, Aries, your 9th house of beliefs, expectations, higher learning, legal matters, other cultures, long-distance travel and relocation where he could be stirring up numerous surprises.  Uranus is about being unique, your authentic self, breakthroughs, freedom, rebellion, technology and anything unconventional.  If your beliefs and expectations no longer fit who and what you are or wish to become Uranus will help you find that path, which is likely to be slightly different than it was previously.  This is a time to consider what you really believe, not what has been presented to you by others who may have their own agendas to which they're playing.  Saturn has been vying for more stability and restructuring your foundation and this will dove-tail with Uranus' mission.  While these signs and planets are largely antithetical, for Leos it can bring a fresh set of beliefs that will bring new security into your life.

The New Moon on August 25 is in nextdoor sign, Virgo, your 2nd house of income, possessions, finances, needs, comforts, pleasures, what you value and even your physical body, your number one possession.  This suggests something new coming into your life in this area.  Mercury is in Virgo as well where he is both dignified as its ruler and also exalted, making him exceptionally strong.  Mercury is sextile a conjunction comprising Saturn and Mars in Scorpio, your 4th house of home environment and so forth as described above.  These two planets can be malefic and bear watching if your birthday is right around August 10 since they will square your natal Sun.  This could bring a challenge but Venus is there to help you through it.
