The Full Moon on February 7 is in Leo, your polar sign and 7th house of close relationships which includes your significant other, close friends and relatives, competitors, business partners and professionals with whom you have a one-on-one relationships such as your tax advisor or attorney.  The Sun has been transiting your sign since late January which has probably brought some personal attention your way.  With Mercury in your sign as well you have probably been communicating with numerous people in a variety of ways.  Your traditional sign ruler, Saturn, goes retrograde the same day as this Full Moon, and has some aspects out there which will further color his message.  He is in fellow Air Sign, Libra, and trining your natal Sun if your birthday is within a day or so of February 18.  He was but a sneeze away from leaving that sign when he went retrograde, prolonging his stay, which is actually a good thing since Libra is the sign of his exaltation which brings out his more positive side.  This typically includes responsibility, organization and discipline which will be directed at your 9th house of higher learning, legal matters, religion, politics, beliefs and expectations, foreign cultures, long-distance travel, and your philosophy of life.

However, now that he's retrograde his energy will be internalized which is going to target any baggage you may have in one or more of these areas.  You may be entirely unaware of what is going on, other than a vague sense of discomfort.  Nonetheless, he will be working on something you need to resolve which will become apparent when he goes direct in June.  At that time you'll be able to figure out what needs to be done and get busy such that you have it all taken care of by the time he comes out of the shadow period in early October.  So you can see this isn't going to be taken care of anytime soon.

Saturn is being aspected for this lunation by Jupiter, Venus and Neptune which will further color whatever is going on.  Jupiter is in Taurus, your 4th house of home environment, cultural roots, memories and endings.  He's trying to expand something here, but Saturn is probably holding him back.  Take a look at those 9th house matters again and see how any of them fit with your home situation.  Uranus is in Aries, your 3rd house of thoughts, ideas, neighbors and siblings as well as local travel.  Uranus is a bit of a renegade who can stir things up quite a bit.  He's the planet of surprises, freedom, pioneering, innovation, and explosions.  He is also your modern sign ruler, which reflects in that detached, unconventional streak most of you have.  This may bring some unusual ideas or people into your life, bring about some surprises with your siblings or even bring some disturbances to your local travel, such as road work or simply lots of running around.  He is quincunx Saturn, suggesting a change of course, perhaps as the result of a sudden or innovative idea or simply the sudden urge to be free.  This could motivate you to entirely ditch some belief you've had.  For example, if you've been disgustingly responsible your entire life you may decide to do something crazy for a change, like take a leave of absence from work and travel across Europe for a month or two. 

Neptune has recently entered Pisces, your 2nd house of income, finances, possessions, needs and pleasures and he is trining Saturn.  Neptune rules Pisces so his presence is going to put that energy on steroids.  This may not do anything positive for your financial condition.  In fact, this could really influence you to indulge in that jaunt overseas and simply put it all on a credit card to deal with later.  Pisces is all about dreams, enlightenment, transcendence, spirituality, illusions, delusions, and so forth.  Neptune breaks down boundaries and restrictions and thus tends to mitigate or entirely undo what Saturn is trying to accomplish.  If you've been too responsible, this may be a good thing, but be aware of this influence and use your Air Sign logic to sort things out.

Meanwhile, in the house nextdoor, Mars is retrograde in Virgo, your 8th house of transformations, sex, death and regeneration, debt, shared resources and intense experiences.  Mars in the 8th bears watching because you may be somewhat accident prone.  Bear this in mind and exercise caution, particularly around things like sharp objects and fire.  This is slightly mitigated by being retrograde, but be careful nonetheless.  Mars is the source of our energy and drive so when he goes retrograde this tends to diminish.  For example, say you've been determined to get out of debt and have been making all sorts of sacrifices to pay off those credit cards.  With Mars RX you may find you are no longer so inclined and would rather take those extra dollars or whatever currency you deal with and party with your friends.  You may also experience various frustrations in this part of your life or be dealing with suppressed anger.  Mars RX gives you an opportunity to slow down and reflect on such things so you can address them and move on unencumbered once he goes direct again.  Mars rules Aries, your 3rd house of thoughts, ideas, siblings, neighbors and local travel, as noted earlier, so this part of your life may feel this internalization of energy as well.

The New Moon on February 21 is in Pisces as well, further emphasizing all that energy in your 2nd house of income and possessions.  This house also includes your needs and pleasures, so this is a rather nice influence for relaxing and getting away from the pressures of life, especially with the Sun, Moon, Neptune and Mercury all in that sign.  Just make sure you use it in a sensible way.  I'd hate to think of you getting too carried away and going for it in some manner which will ultimately be self-defeating, something Pisces can do easily as well.  This lunation trines Saturn, which can also bring some inspiration to your 9th which may be an excellent boost for your beliefs.  This would be a great time to define some dreams and incorporate them into your belief system.  Remember that "thoughts become things" and with Uranus and Venus in your 3rd house of thoughts this could be an excellent time to define your dreams.  After all, you can't go after them if you don't know what they are.  This can also be part of Mars' mission in your 8th, to transform yourself along with your beliefs and bring your dreams into reach.

Jupiter is trining Pluto which ties your home environment to your 12th house where Pluto is currently residing.  Pluto excels at digging up those things which need to be discarded.  The 12th is your house of angels and demons which includes spirituality, dreams, enlightenment, inspiration, fantasies, institutions, seclusion, self-undoing, delusions, illusions and hidden enemies.  Yes, this sounds a lot like Pisces because Pisces represents the 12th house of the zodiac where these things reside.  Pluto can do a great job of cleaning up this area, however, and ridding you of those self-defeating behaviors or anything else in this vicinity which is not working in your favor.  The trine with Jupiter will focus these particularly on your home life, cultural roots, or memories and bring out anything you need to deal with so you can move on.
