The chart for the Lunar Eclipse is shown below. A somewhat sloppy Yod in blue has Uranus and Neptune at the base and Venus at the eye. Uranus in the 12th house of hidden enemies and Neptune in the 11th of groups implies surprises as well as deception. Dignified Venus is in the 5th house, which represents the Senate, entertainment, children, and citizen's perception of their country. This suggests a fated change of direction as people wake up to the problems facing the nation.

Pluto squaring Venus from the 9th suggests a transformation in how this is viewed, especially by the media, which will differ from that of the citizenry. While the media fails to report unfortunate events, citizens nonetheless are aware and vocal. Eris in the 11th suggests groups of migrants, the semisextile to the eclipse showing annoyances and friction. Phaethon in the 1st house conjunct Jupiter suggests the National Identity is going to crash and burn. Truly, the country is a laughing stock abroad for any number of reasons outside the scope of this blog.

The 2nd house is loaded with trouble including Mars in fall in Cancer, the asteroid, Chaos, and the Transneptunian, Hades, which denotes destruction. This is a heavy dose of malefic energy in the house that includes finances, treasury, and resources in general. Rampant inflation draws complaints from the people. While Liberals blame it on "price gouging" by corporations, Conservatives point out it relates to careless government spending and money printing.

Looking at the eclipse with the Sibly chart brings out a variety of indicators the immigrant crisis is going to manifest problems. Eclipse-Chaos is in the 7th house conjunct Venus, which reflects on the financial situation as well as how the U.S. is perceived by its allies. E-Phaethon squares Sibly Neptune/9th further indicating a chaotic situation overseas. E-Phaethon is conjunct E-Jupiter, inflating his effects, both conjunct Sibly Mars, showing the potential for war. E-Mars opposes Eris/1st, another indicator of issues related to immigrants.

E-Eris/4th indicates issues on the home front with immigrants with a square to the Sibly Cupido-Pluto midpoint indicating this will draw people together. Remember that Pluto is the cosmic roto-rooter, exposing corruption.

It doesn't require much imagination to see how this could relate to the situation in Smithville, Ohio and the problem with Haitian immigrants. This city of approximately 40,000 people was inundated by 20,000 Haitians, people from a 3rd World Country with a horrendous reputation for crime, devil worship, animal sacrifice and so forth. You import that many 3rd World people and you have 3rd World problems. Citizens complain about their auto insurance rates skyrocketing due to the increase in accidents because the Haitians don't know how to drive in a civilized country, to say nothing of the pet situation.

The Solar eclipse on October 2 is likewise of interest. As the year's fourth quarter begins, there are numerous concerns too numerous to go into. So let's see what it may reinforce about the immigration crisis. According to Eclipse Guru, Bernadette Brady, this eclipse is part of the Saros Series 8 South. She describes it as "Separation and loss. To be parted. To finish something, and to feel sad at its completion. Physical injury is also possible through over-straining one's strength. This is not the time to undertake strenuous physical activities."

Of course her description was written for individuals. Putting that in a mundane context puts a slightly different spin on it, particularly the physical injury portion and over-extending one's strength. It implies a weakened condition, which the USA is certainly experiencing with an aging Chief Executive with questionable mental faculties and the VP who created the immigration crisis on the campaign trail.

The Solar Eclipse falls in the Sibly 10th house, suggesting its effects will be in the public view. Aspects include a Saturn/Saturn quincunx, indicating a change of direction or perhaps a Catch-22 for leadership. Eclipse Mars squaring Saturn suggests emotionally based aggression from our allies.

E-Uranus/6th squares the Sibly Moon in the 3rd house of neighborhood and infrastructure. This suggests unrest and potential rebellion by the people, particularly the working class.  Uranus trines Pluto/2nd, which doesn't look good for financial issues and hints at sudden transformation.

E-Jupiter is conjunct Mars, suggesting a large escalation of aggression either to or from an ally. The situation with US support of Ukraine is volatile, bringing the US to the edge of war with Russia. The Transneptunian, Hades, squares Sibly Saturn, suggesting destruction to or from US authority.

A Course Adjustment Loop connects the Saturn-Saturn quincunx with a trine to the Sibly Sun, which squares back to Sibly Saturn. Of particularly interest if that this is partile at 14 degrees with e-Hades. This aspect pattern typically indicates a conflict that requires and adjustment before matters can proceed smoothly again. The "adjustment" lies with the Saturn-Saturn quincunx.

The most interesting part of the solar eclipse is the map that shows the planet lines.

 Note that the Mars line goes directly over Washington, D.C. Note that it hails from Central American, through and from which the illegal migration flood arrives. The Pluto line goes right over Haiti. This easily points to exposure of the Smithville situation. (It's worth noting that Smithville was in the path of visibility of the April 8th eclipse.) The October eclipse  goes over the Texas/Mexico border in the location where illegal migrants are flooding the country.

You can't make this stuff up.

Neptune is typically involved with flooding. Eclipse Neptune is in the 3rd house of neighborhoods and sextile Sibly Pluto. Sibly Neptune is being squared by the Jupiter-Phaethon midpoint, which suggests massive destruction. Eclipse Chiron is quincunx Sibly Neptune, showing loss of life and injuries. Thus, some hints are definitely there.

The world is in a state it hasn't been for a long time. Things are changing so quickly that it's difficult to keep up. There are numerous prognostications out there by pundits, economists, and so forth. As always, seeing them astrologically is always more easily accomplished in retrospect.

So we'll see what happens and if anything is particularly dramatic, we'll take another look at this eclipse as well as any transits for the event itself to see what was going on with the cosmos at the time.
