Long-term Aspects and Lunations The Full Moon this month on July 3 is in nextdoor neighboring sign, Capricorn, your 2nd house of income, finances, possessions, comforts, needs and pleasures, which should bring an ending, culmination or shift to a new phase of something in this part of your life. Pluto is only four zodiacal degrees upstream from the Moon, so he will be imbuing this lunation with his influence quite heavily. He is also the eye of a yod, a.k.a. Finger of God, which emphasizes it even more. Yods tend to have a fated quality to them and with Pluto involved it could be life-changing. Looking at the base of the yod which comprises Venus in Gemini and Mercury in Leo should yield a few hints toward how this will show up. Gemini is your polar sign and thus 7th house of close relationships including your significant other, business partners and professionals, competitors, cliental if you own a business and close friends and relatives; Venus in this house as well as Jupiter should work in a favorable way for you relationships. Venus rules your 11th house of goals and groups and 6th house of work, health, service and pets. Leo is a fellow Fire Sign and your 9th house of beliefs, expectations, higher learning, legal matters, politics, religion, other cultures and long distance travel. Sagittarius rules the zodiacal 9th so this is familiar ground. Mercury will facilitate information and communications with these matters and is also the ruler of your 7th house of relationships and 10th house of career. So, tying all this together it looks like someone close to you could help you accomplish something you've been trying to do, perhaps at work or perhaps simply get a job. The 9th house involvement suggests that there's a possibility whatever it is will involve relocating, travel or perhaps involve academia or some other 9th house matter. With Pluto at the eye in your 2nd house it appears it will transform your income in some manner. If you have been one of the many folks suffering through a long period of unemployment this should be a favorable time. Given that Uranus is in soft aspect with the base of the yod this is likely to come about out of the blue or involve a major change. Uranus is in Aries, another fellow Fire Sign, and your 5th house of self-expression, creativity, children, romance, entertainment and speculation, stirring up that part of your life. Uranus is also at the apex of a T-square with the Full Moon which indicates some stress associated with all this, even if it's positive. Any major change takes some adjustment, but being a Mutable Sign will work to your advantage since you can handle it better than some. Your sign ruler, Jupiter, is in your 7th of relationships which should bring some luck your way through the people you know. Keep an eye on that square to Neptune, however, because it could bring some deception. This may not necessarily be purposeful but simply lack of seeing things the way they are. It could also be empty promises. Go with your usual optimism and enthusiasm but keep your eyes wide open. Mars is trining Jupiter from Libra, your 11th house of friends, goals and networking, which will give you energy and drive in this regard. However, Mars is debilitated in Libra where he can't move as directly as he'd prefer but instead needs to consider others, though this is not always a bad thing. Maybe one of your friends is going to introduce you to someone to help with your goals, which is more likely to happen now that Saturn is no longer retrograde, but you still need to not believe everything you hear. The New Moon on July 18 is in Cancer, your 8th house of transformations, sex, death and rebirth (literal and figurative), debt, and shared resources, bringing something new your way in one of these areas. The lunation is squaring Saturn in the 11th of goals and so forth which points toward an important lesson. Watch for something to dawn on you, not necessarily for the first time, except it will make a more lasting impression than previously. Perhaps a friend will fail to take responsibility, a goal is going to take a lot more than you expected, or your finances may take a hit. There's a somewhat ominous T-square out there involving Uranus, Mars and Pluto. Uranus and Pluto squaring each other for the rest of they year and bear watching. This does not bode particularly well for your investments and speculations. Expect them and your finances to be erratic. This doesn't have to be catastrophic but it does require attention, caution and wisdom to make the right moves. Be honest with yourself regarding how much you know about such things and as required learn more or hire a well-recommended financial advisor or broker (who resides in the 7th house, by the way). Your sign ruler, Jupiter, is mitigating the T-square to some degree from the 7th so that could be the person helping you through it. Developing a realistic and viable budget is definitely favored at this time. |
