Lunations and Long-term Aspects The New Moon this month is on September 15 in nextdoor neighboring sign, Virgo, your 2nd house of income, possessions, finances, needs, comforts and pleasures which should bring something new into this part of your life, or at least news of it given Mercury's placement there as well. That Uranus - Pluto square is of course still in effect and needs to be factored in even though it's not making direct aspect to this lunation; it is involved with the Full Moon discussed later. Uranus in fellow Fire Sign, Aries, your 9th house of beliefs, expectations, politics, religion, long-distance travel, relocation and higher learning, is trine your Sun if your birthday is right around June 29 which has the potential for bringing a surprise of some sort to this part of your life. Pluto in Capricorn, you 6th house of work, service, health and pets, is quincunx your Sun if your birthday is June 29th and thus suggests an adjustment or change of course. One possible result could be an unexpected need to travel for your job, perhaps due to something surfacing that was previously unknown or hidden. Mars is in Scorpio, which it ruled anciently and can thus operate freely and with a lot of passion. This is your 4th house of home environment, cultural roots, memories, endings and new beginnings, so starting a new project is suggested. It is quincunx Jupiter in Gemini, your 11th house of goals, groups, organizations, friends and networking which implies some adjustments in that department as a result. Perhaps work you've done with a group or organization or perhaps just obligations to your friends may have to play second fiddle to that new project. One thing to watch out for with Jupiter in Gemini is exaggerated or grandiose claims. He's in debility there and will tend to overlook important details and information in favor of the big picture. If your birthday is right around June 29 - 30 this will be more apparent but given the trine from the Moon to your Natal Sun and sextile to the transiting Sun it is mediated in a favorable way and places you in the driver's seat to decide how to make it work for you. The Sun in Libra, your 3rd house of thoughts, ideas, siblings, neighbors and local travel, highlights that part of your life. With Mercury and Saturn in that sign as well you have some favorable cosmic energy to put together a viable plan or deal with anything that may come along in this part of your life. The square to Pluto from the Sun may be a bit troublesome, however, perhaps even relating to problems getting to work either because your vehicle acts up, road construction, etc. Mars is still in Scorpio but squared off with Venus who's in your sign. Venus in your sign, especially when she conjoins your Sun, is usually a good thing which brings you luck, enhances your natural charm and makes others see you in a pleasing way. However, the square could mean trouble at home or something in memory holding you back. Those of you born August 19 are most likely to see something like that, depending on how it fits your circumstances. If nothing else that particular aspect tends to bring tension between members of the opposite sex so be aware that you and your partner may clash a bit around the end of the month. On the positive side there are two aspects the have the potential for providing inspiration. Mercury is in Libra, your 3rd house of thoughts, ideas, neighbors, siblings and local travel and accidentally dignified which is favorable in and of itself. Add to that a nice trine to the asteroid, Atlantis, which is often insightful, even psychic, as far as being able to see the end result. Saturn, also in Libra, sign of its exaltation where he also operates well is trining Neptune, in dignity in his home sign of Pisces, your 8th house of transformation, sex, shared resources, debt, death and rebirth. These two planets are typically antithetical but in this case can complement each other nicely with Neptune providing inspiration and Saturn providing the where-with-all to make it so as the planet ruling structure. This is therefore a good time to pay attention to your ideas and seek inspiration because the cosmos will more than likely provide. |
