Lunations and Long-term Aspects The Full Moon on April 6 is in your sign, Libra, and will hit you right in the headlights if your birthday happens to be within a day or so of October 10. The Sun, of course, is in your polar sign, Aries, your 7th house of close relationships including your significant other, close friends and relatives, business partners, business professionals and cliental, if you own your own business. A Full Moon typically brings an ending, culmination or shift to a new phase which will manifest at a personal level and more than likely highlight one or more of your close relationships. Saturn is still in your sign as well with his usual retrograde message to restructure something in your personal life. This can further reinforce the message of this lunation if there is some behavior you need to rework in order to improve the quality of your relationships. If your birthday is right around October 2 you are in the midst of a transit from Pluto as he squares your natal Sun. This is usually a transit which isn't particularly fun given that Pluto has sometimes been compared to a zodiacal high colonic. He's in Capricorn, where he will be for quite a long while, which is your 4th house of home environment, cultural roots, memories and endings, which of course imply a new beginning. If there is anything in this part of your life, particularly as it relates to the family you grew up in, which is festering away and requires attention, Pluto will be busy bringing this case of what may be emotional constipation to your attention. Pluto is stationing retrograde which increases his power as he switches gears and you may feel this as a heavy, oppressive feeling even though it may operate below the conscious level; you may feel depressed without understanding why. Rest assured when all is said and done that you will be better off, though there may be times you wonder if it's worth it. Uranus is in Aries as well and opposing your natal Sun for those of your with birthdays right around September 28. This is very likely to stir up some surprises in your relationships. It is also a transit which is likely to escort a few people in your life to the exit. For this lunation he's squaring Pluto, which is going to be in effect for quite a while, and thus help the process along of eliminating old toxic memories and/or people from your life. Mars is retrograde in Virgo, your 12th house of inspiration, spirituality, enlightenment, institutions, confinement, seclusion, and hidden enemies where he has been stirring up a few things for your considering. Moving forward is usually difficult when Mars is RX and you may find that instead of being able to take action as you usually do you may find things coming at you in a full-frontal assault. Given the quincunx between Mars and Uranus, these could be glimpses of insight that take you by surprise and further fuel this process of adjustment and course changes. He can douse your sense of reality, cause confusion and delusions, or bring deceptive people into your life or he can provide inspiration and a strong connection with the collective consciousness. It's up to you to figure out how he is doing this in this part of your life. Mars opposing him from your 12th will put a damper on this to some degree, especially while Mars is retrograde. This could bring more inspiration than you can handle. Venus in fellow Air Sign, Gemini, your 9th house of beliefs, expectations, higher learning, relocation, legal matters, foreign travel, religion and politics, is part of this process as well. She may be revealing things in this part of your life which conflict with your spiritual nature or work. The New Moon on April 21 is in Taurus, your 8th house of transformations, intense experiences, death and rebirth, inheritances and sex. This will tend to nudge you in a different direction if your birthday is right around September 24. The Pluto - Uranus square is still in effect, but this lunation is nicely aspected which should bring something new into your life which has a transformational effect. By this time Mars is direct in Virgo and in a nice trine with the New Moon, drawing motivational energy into your 12th house of enlightenment and inspiration. Uranus and Mercury are conjunct in Aries and opposing your natal Sun if your birthday is right around September 28. Sudden or expected news or information about someone close to you is likely to change you in some way. Neptune is still operating in your house of work and health and seeking balance with what is going on in your 12th house. For example, you may want to pursue further enlightenment such as through meditation yet you find yourself being dreamy and distracted at work which obviously may not be a good thing, depending on what you do for a living. Such distractions can present a problem unless you balance them into the proper time and place. The New Moon, however, can help you bring it all together in a way that changes you in a significant way as you see things you'd previously missed and incorporate them into your take on life. |
