Lunations and Long-Term Aspects The New Moon on March 4 is in fellow Water Sign, Pisces, your 9th House of beliefs and expectations, religion, politics, higher learning, legal matters such as contracts, foreign travel, other cultures and relocation which should bring something new your way in one or more of these areas. If your birthday is within a few days of July 6th you can expect it to have a stronger impact. For the sake of this lunation there are several planets in Pisces including not only the Sun and Moon (which are considered planets for simplicity sake even though we know they're not by definition), but Mars, Mercury and Uranus, though the latter is only a sneeze away from entering Aries. This energy should feel comfortable with your circumstances or at the least find the information you need or come up with innovative ideas that relate to the situation, whatever it might be, then take appropriate action. Saturn is still retrograde in fellow Cardinal Sign, Libra, your 4th House of home environment, cultural roots and memories. This is stirring something up in your subconscious that will ultimately relate to restructuring something in this part of your life. If your birthday is between July 6 - 10 Saturn will square your Natal Sun at some time this month, which could bring a challenge your way with regard to this part of your life. Cancer rules the zodiacal 4th House and as you certainly know your family is an important part of your life, even if at times they drive you crazy. For this lunation, Saturn is quincunx the New Moon which implies your core beliefs toward your home and/or family may require a few tweaks. Pluto continues to plod along in Capricorn, your polar sign and 7th House of close relationships including your significant other, business partners, business professionals such as your accountant or attorney, and close friends and relatives. This month Pluto is opposing the Natal Sun for those of you born between June 29 - July 1. This could unearth power struggles with one of these people or perhaps unearth a situation which demonstrates the need to eliminate something or someone from your life. If there is anyone in this category who is a persistent energy drain, leach, or trouble maker, maybe it's time to give them the boot. Pluto is squaring Jupiter in Aries for the New Moon, giving it yet another element for consideration since Aries is your 10th House of status, career, public image and reputation. Jupiter in this house implies expansion, but maybe someone close to you is holding you back in one way or another, perhaps that same person you need to boot out of your life. On the positive side, Mars is sextile Pluto, or at least it has positive implications being a sextile. However, when these two malefics get together the results are not always friendly. Mars is a bit subdued in Pisces, however, and can be used to provide the boost you need to take action. In other words, an opportunity to take care of business is likely to arise and if it's a person who's giving you trouble, they are likely to step in their own crap, so to speak, and make it even easier for you to do what you have to do. Don't let them manipulate you or play on your sympathies, just do what you need to do. The Full Moon on March 19th is in Virgo, your 3rd House of thoughts, ideas, neighbors, siblings, and travel to familiar places which should bring an ending or shift to a new phase for something in this part of your life. If the New Moon helped you get someone out of your life who was not serving a useful purpose, then this may provide closure and the chance to move on, particularly if the offending person was a neighbor or sibling. Otherwise an idea may come to fruition or you may finish up various errands. If your birthday is right around July 22 an opportunity should come your way though there will be some challenges attached as well. This lunation isn't particularly friendly, however. At this point there are three planets in Aries, Uranus, Jupiter and Mercury with the Sun to follow in a day or so. As mentioned earlier, Aries is your 10th house of status, reputation, career and public image. Status has a plethora of meanings; just think of the many things you may include under that heading on your Facebook page and you get the idea. Of course for the 10th House this will be a bit more significant, but status can include getting a promotion, getting fired, obtaining or losing a license, buying your first house, graduating from school, getting married or divorced, etc. etc. If it could show up in the public record or newspaper, involves a title or label, or is out before the world, it's 10th House. Uranus, Jupiter and Mercury imply that there is going to be news of a fairly major disruption in this part of your life which will affect your homelife in some way. The Moon is quincunx Neptune in Aquarius, your 8th House of transformations, death and regeneration (figurative and literal), inheritances, shared resources, intimate sex (as opposed to recreational sex), debt and, of course, taxes. Again, if your birthday is right around July 22 this will be more noticeable. Watch for important insights that change you in some way through whatever this happens to be. |
