The New Moon on January 4th is also a Solar Eclipse, giving it quite a bit more punch. This occurs in Capricorn, your 8th House of transformations, death and regeneration, debt and shared resources. If your birthday is on or right around June 4th expect to to make a few adjustments or change course in a significant way. This eclipse is a member of the 13 North family of the Saros Series of eclipses. Its generic meaning relates to major group projects where a separation or break needs to be made prior to its completion. On the personal level, it's likely to involve a separation prior to a major group accomplishment. This specific one has a lot of energy in Capricorn including the Sun, Moon, Mars, Pluto and the Lunar North Node.

Now is a time to exercise caution in whatever you're doing. This is due to Mars being in your 8th House, which can sometimes incline you toward accidents or injury of some sort. Thus, this is a time to avoid any unnecessary risks and be extra safety conscious in everything you do, including such simple things as driving to the store. Pluto in this location will bring various changes with profound and lasting effects. This transit will be in force for years with the current focus on those with birthdays between May 26 - 28. The North Lunar Node is also in your house of transformations, implying that something new is coming into your life which will have a lasting and important affect on you such that it changes you in some way.

This past month should have been favorable as far as your work and health are concerned. Positive career changes are likely and may take you by surprise. It's certainly a good thing to be optimistic, but keeping your feet on the ground is essential, also, though this is typically something that a logical Air Sign such as Gemini doesn't have much of a problem with. If you have dreams to pursue, this is a good time to take a look at them and whether you're getting closer to them or deviated your course somewhere such that you're not moving in the right direction. Favorable surprises with regard to your career or status are just waiting for you to grab them so keep an eye out.
