The New Moon this month on March 11 is in fellow Mutable Sign, Pisces, your 4th house of home environment, cultural roots, memories, endings and new beginnings.  This is house represents the core of your being, what you are and where you came from, where significant changes bring about the ending and beginning of new cycles.  Pisces is loaded with planets for this lunation which brings a huge amount of energy to this part of your life.  The overall cosmic energy out there seems to be pointing toward major shifts, some of which are in work at the subconscious level as Saturn retrograde rumbles through your 12th house, an influence which will be strongest for those of you born right around December 3rd.  With your sign ruler, Jupiter, in debility in Gemini, your 7th house of close relationships, various changes, perhaps several, could result there as well.  Remember that "relationships" in the 7th house context are not just your significant other but close friends and relatives, business partners, and business professionals.  Jupiter's debility in that sign can result in too much information or interaction, inflated expectations, dealing with over-confident individuals or those prone to exaggerate, and so forth.  Jupiter is typically lucky and this is not negated but don't believe everything you hear.

The 12th house where Saturn is currently residing includes a wide variety of things.  These include spirituality, visions, dreams, inspiration, enlightenment, seclusion, confinement, institutions, the collective consciousness, hidden enemies and self-undoing.  Saturn retrograde in this venue that I typically consider the house of "angels and demons" is working at restructuring something in this part of your life, whether its your vision for the future or plan to overcome some self-defeating habit.  Saturn is sextile Pluto which is further strengthened by the fact these two planets are in mutual reception, i.e. in the sign the other rules, creating a partnership of sorts in their energy exchange.  Pluto is in your 2nd house of income, possessions, values, finances, needs and pleasures.  Pluto is the planet of transformation.  He provides the energy to take control and clear the deck, so to speak, by eliminating anything you no longer need.  You can see how these two could work together effectively in such an endeavor with Saturn operating at the subconscious level to pave the way for Pluto to get rid of anything from excessive spending to unrealistic desires.

That plethora of planets in Pisces could currently be producing a lot of confusion and lack of direction.  The New Moon may call attention to that part of your life but there may not be any clear indication of which way to go.  You may realize that something needs to change but you're not entirely sure what.  Pisces' energy is significantly different than yours which makes sense given it's a Water sign and Sag is a Fire sign.  The planetary lineup, besides the Sun and Moon, include Neptune, Mercury, Venus, Mars and the asteroid, Chiron, a.k.a. "the wounded healer."  These provide a wide variety of energies all operating through the Piscean filter.  Neptune, Pisces' ruler, is in dignity and operating at full capacity.  This can provide a lot of inspiration and facilitate the "Law of Attraction" whereby thoughts become things.  This can assist you with defining exactly what you want and attaining a clear vision of what that is so you can tell the Universe what to deliver.  This is one example of "if you don't ask, you don't get" where you need to send those vibes out before they can manifest. 

Mercury is in debility and fall in Pisces and as if that's not bad enough, he's also retrograde.  For all intents and purposes Mercury is on vacation somewhere in the Bahamas or South Pacific with the rational thought and concise movement he promotes largely inaccessible at this time.  This is a time to learn to access other means of gathering information, such as sharpening your intuition and listening to what your feelings and emotions are telling you.  There is a place in life for both your head and heart but problems arise when one says one thing and the other doesn't agree.  Finding a suitable compromise is sometimes impossible when the options are mutually exclusive.  I have found personally that when I have been faced with such a dilemma I typically went with my head but later realized that was not the right decision.  This may be time for you to discover which you can trust in such situations.  Chiron, the "wounded healer," in this venue could offer you an opportunity to heal from past mistakes.  The natal placement of Chiron in your chart indicates the part of life where you will encounter hurt or disappointment with Chiron's charge to use your experience to help others in a similar situation.

Venus is in exaltation in Pisces where her nature is further enhanced by the compassionate nature of Pisces.  She can bring luck and optimism and serve as a beacon for future endeavors.  As the natural ruler of love and money she can also lead you to the help you need.  Mars isn't exactly comfortable in Pisces much as the warrior god would not be too happy if he were stuck on a liferaft in the ocean while a battle raged on shore.  About all he could do besides being frustrated would be to relax and figure out what he would do once the tides delivered him to the beach.  You can use this energy in a similar way by contemplating what you'll do when the time comes.  He enters the sign of his dignity/rulership in a day or so and will want to hit the ground running, but bear in mind that until Mercury comes out of retrograde you probably won't have a clear picture and it may not totally be in focus until July when Saturn likewise goes direct.

The Full Moon on March 27 is in Libra, your 11th house of friends, organizations, networking and goals, suggesting an ending, culmination or shift to a new phase.  By this time the Sun, Venus and Mars have moved into Aries but Mercury is still in Pisces, albeit out of retrograde.  Thus your plans may still not be clearly defined but remember to draw from other sources of information besides the hard data which may not be available.  Venus is conjunct the Sun which can help get your beliefs and expectations together and also bring some benefit to your 5th house which includes your ego definition, creativity, children, romance, entertainment and speculation.  At least these planets are now occupying a Fire Sign and thus more harmonious with your basic nature.  Mars and Pluto are squared off which could denote some resistance or challenge to moving forward until you release something you've been holding on to.  For example, you may be considering going back to school but can't afford to do so unless you sell your fancy car, which you dearly love.  This is a time for examining your priorities and long-term benefit involved with any immediate sacrifice.  This is where the people in your life will be important.  Take note of any encouragement you receive, from whom, and which way it leans as far as attaining your ultimate goals.
