The New Moon this month on June 8 occurs in fellow Air Sign, Gemini, your 9th house of beliefs, expectations, higher learning, philosophy of life, religion, politics, other cultures, long-distance travel and relocation, suggesting something new coming your way in one of those areas. If your birthday is right around October 12 this lunation will trine your natal Sun and most likely have a stronger influence. There are numerous closed-loop aspects accompanying this New Moon which indicate it will be an active month in a variety of ways. First of all, Venus, your sign ruler, is opposing Pluto in fellow Cardinal Sign, Capricorn, your 4th house of home environment, memories, cultural roots, endings and new beginnings. Pluto in this house is likely to have a profound influence on your life. If your birthday is between September 23 - October 4 you have probably already seen significant changes in this part of your life as Pluto has squared you natal Sun. If you're a Libra born after October 4th it is yet to come. Venus, which also rules your 8th house of shared resources and transformations among other things, is in your 10th house of career, public image, reputation and status. The opposition to Pluto suggests that issues which require resolution could influence your status. If your birthday is between September 30 - October 4 your natal Sun is between them, possibly forming a T-square, and more likely to manifest.

There is a T-square active with this New Moon which includes Uranus, which is in a long-term square with Pluto, an aspect which will be in effect on and off for the next few years. The power of this aspect has already demonstrated by world events such as explosions, extreme weather events, exposure of hidden corruption in corporations and government, and unexpected rebellions against oppression. Uranus is in Aries, your polar sign and 7th house of close relationships including your significant other, close friends and relatives, business partners, cliental, business professionals and competitors which will bring various surprises to this part of your life.

Mercury, the final member of this T-square, is in Cancer, you 10th house of status just downstream from Venus which suggests news or information regarding your career, reputation or status which could be the trigger for what could be an intense situation. If you are being controlled or oppressed by someone or vice versa this situation is likely to come to a head sooner or later, most likely sooner for those of you born around October 4, and ultimately have an impact on your status as your natal Sun forms a Cardinal Grand Cross with these three planets. Pluto can also signify something from your past, which may also become an issue, perhaps out of the blue, and demand resolution. Those of you born other times may not see anything dramatic unless perhaps you have a natal planet in a position that connects with the T-Square.

As ominous as things sound so far, there is some good news out there this month thanks to a nice Grand Water Trine connecting Venus in Cancer, Saturn in Scorpio and Neptune in Pisces. This is a rather strong flow of emotional energy which will be in effect most of the month. Venus, as previously noted, is in your 10th house of career and status and in this configuration brings more favorable implications. Saturn is retrograde in your 2nd house of finances, income, possessions, needs and pleasures which implies that something in that part of your life needs to be restructured. Neptune is in your 6th house of work, health, service and pets. Neptune will be in this house for quite a while and bears watching because he is known to bring effects ranging from soup to nuts. He can be inspirational and enlightening but also delusional and unrealistic, so you need to use discernment to determine which. He also rules things such as the movie industry, photography, chemistry, travel over water, the oil industry and so forth which may come into play regarding your work. Neptune in your 6th of health can also bring illusive diseases so if you're not feeling well be sure to see a doctor. Neptune rules the flu and various other maladies. However, he's in what is usually a favorable configuration so will hopefully manifest in a favorable way.

Basically what you have is a Grand Trine in your 2nd, 6th and 10th houses which are known as the Substance Houses given that they relate to your income, work and career respectively. This can certainly have positive effects. Mars, who's in the same degree in his sign that the Grand Trine planets are in theirs, is thus aspecting them all and further influencing how you act upon this situation, whatever it may be. Mars is in your 9th house of beliefs and expectations along with the New Moon. His square to Neptune suggests you may not believe what is happening at work or not want to act on it for whatever reason. However, in order to accomplish that restructuring of you finances is going to require a change of course or a few adjustments. Whatever is going on, good as it may be, is not likely to fall into your lap without some effort on your part. Like they say, you aren't going to win the lotto if you don't bother to buy a ticket.

The Full Moon on June 23 is in fellow Cardinal Sign, Capricorn, and could indicate an ending, culmination or change of phase regarding something related to your home life, past or present. It will be most significant for those of your born September 25, give or take a day or two. The Grand Trine is still in effect except at this time the Sun has replaced Venus in your 10th house, which will be highlighted over the next month. Venus and Mercury are conjunct in that same house which makes it an excellent time for communications related to your career or status. This is a great time to promote yourself and your interests. Mars is unaspected in Gemini, which could bring a bit of inertia and difficulty taking action, unless he happens to trine your natal Sun which will be the case for those of you born right around October 10. On June 27 Jupiter moves into your 10th house of career which should have a lucky and expansive effect you can exploit for the next year.

Note, however, that on June 26 Mercury stations retrograde which may set things back a bit, sending you back to the drawing board or reconsidering your current choices. As always, this is not a good time to purchase anything electronic or mechanical. Contracts entered into are not likely to go smoothly if they're completed at all, and things like job interviews rarely produce anything, either. This is a time for rethinking, redoing, re-planning, editing, repairing and reworking your current plan so you can bring it to perfection.
