This month two planets go retrograde, so take note because the effects are likely to get in your way.  Saturn goes retrograde on February 18 in fellow Fixed Sign, Scorpio, your 4th house of home environment, cultural roots, memories, new beginnings and endings.  Progress tends to stall or, at best, move at a snail's pace, during this time.  Delays and restrictions are likely to pop up like roadblocks in a floodzone.  If your birthday is right around August 4th this effect will probably be even more pronounced.  Bear in mind that when Saturn is RX he is operating on something at the subconscious level.  You probably will have little if any awareness of what is going on other than perhaps feeling a bit restless or uncomfortable.  Something in this part of your life needs to be restructured or rebuilt but you may not know what that is until July when he goes direct.  Meanwhile, you may feel as if you're stuck in the mud.

Mercury goes retrograde on February 23 and begins one of those annoying spells where communications of any form are a mess, whether they're verbal, email, cell phone or written.  This occurs entirely in Pisces, your 8th house of transformation, sex, death and rebirth, shared resources and debt.  Mercury is in debility and fall in this sign where his propensity for logic is entirely lost in the watery deep.  It's somewhat questionable whether Mercury's function can get much worse, even while retrograde.  Actually, in some weird way, it may actually be improved since this is a time to rethink, replan, revise, reconsider, repair and so forth, perhaps opening things up for some Piscean inspiration on exactly how to go about that sort of thing.  In your 8th house such changes are usually considerably important and can set your life in a different direction.  If your birthday is right around August 12th this is more likely to be apparent.

The New Moon on February 10 is in your polar sign and 7th house of close relationships, Aquarius.  Watch for someone or something new to come into your life around this time.  With Venus in that sign as well it could be a new romantic interest or perhaps simply a renewal or shift to a new stage of an existing one.  There are three planets in Pisces at this time so the energy may already be apparent.  Tune into how that feels for reference.  Take note of any inclinations to make major changes in your life or the sense of being drawn somewhere you haven't been before.  Whatever that force is there is something holding it back, perhaps a friend, associate or organization that doesn't approve of that course of action.  It could also be an existing goal of yours demanding attention such that it doesn't leave room for the other impressions to come to your attention.  Dramatic changes in your belief system are possible and perhaps necessary in order to prepare for upcoming changes.

The Full Moon on February 25 is in nextdoor neighboring sign, Virgo, your 2nd house of income, finances, possessions, needs, comforts and pleasures.  Watch for something to culminate or shift to a new phase in this part of your life.  At this time there are four planets in Pisces, including the Sun, your sign ruler, with Venus only a sneeze away.  Feeling the need to make some changes or adjustments will be strong at this time as you may feel as if you're being drawn toward something but not necessarily know what.  Mercury and Saturn are both retrograde at this time so if you don't have a clue what's going on don't feel alone or as if you're missing something.  However, this is a time for deep thought and meditation which will receive a lot of help from all that planetary energy.  There may be some interference from friends, organizations, groups or even your own goals.  A sudden change of direction financially is possible or perhaps in how you manage your time.  If you're working too hard, maybe it's time to take a break and relax.  If you've been taking care of everyone else maybe it's time they took care of you.  Your attitude toward your income or possessions could change dramatically, which could be facilitated by friends or those same groups.

Saturn RX and Pluto are in partile (same degree) sextile and mutual reception (in the sign the other rules) which creates a strong correspondence between them.  Saturn, as noted above, is retrograde and working at remodeling something related to your homelife or something else included in your 4th house.  Pluto is in your 6th house of work, health, service and pets.  Pluto is all about transformation, unearthing hidden information and eliminating things you no longer need.  Thus, there is some strong transformational, restructuring energy at work between work and home as one way this could play out.  Do the mix and match routine with the things included in the two houses to find the various possibilities.
