Mars is transiting your Natural 4th House which governs your home environment.  This will be in effect until February 26 when he moves into Aquarius.  This will throw some energy in that direction, but be careful to direct it in a positive way because it could easily become aggression or disagreements of some kind.  Mars is certainly the antithesis of your ruling planet, Venus, and I know that discord of any kind is something Librans can't stand.  (I almost said "hate" except I know that this seldom occurs because the raison d'etre for Librans is usually to be as fair as humanly possible.)  Mars could also predispose your home environment to accidents or breakdowns so be vigilant against them as well.

There's a lot of astrological activity in your Natural 5th House which is the domain of children, your lovelife, creativity, hobbies and entertainment.  The Sun is highlighting this area until February 19 when he moves into Pisces.  Keeping him company there is Neptune and Mercury as well as a brief visit from the New Moon on February 17.  Neptune can have a variety of effects but emphasizing reality is not one of them.  This is not necessarily a bad thing, but make sure that you don't have unrealistic expectations of your children, love interest or yourself that cannot possible be met, setting yourself up for disappointment.  Recognize any idealism or dreams for what they are before they become disillusionment and cause problems.  The New Moon usually heralds a new phase of some sort and since it occurs in your 5th House this is likely to influence this areas as well.  Since those areas are all pretty pleasant, hopefully this will bring some happy times your way. 

Mercury facilitates communications and data gathering, which is a good thing, but he's about to pull a double-cross in that department.  On February 14, which we'd like to think of as a pleasant day, Mercury will once again stop in his tracks and start going retrograde (RX) which causes all sorts of havoc.  Pretty crappy Valentine if you ask me. This is when communications of all sorts break down.  Computers, telephones, radios, TVs, cars, traffic lights, appliances and so forth all have a tendency to break down.  If one of them completely dies, it's best to not replace it until after March 8, if possible.  If you can't wait, then make sure you have an air tight warranty because you're probably going to need it.   If the dead object happens to be your car, I would even go so far as to recommend renting one until March 8 rather than risk buying a total lemon.   

Venus, your ruling planet, is visiting your 6th House of work, health and pets of the small animal variety until February 21st.  Venus is a benefic planet who should bring good fortune in these areas, particularly to Librans, who have a little more claim on her than others, except Taurus, who is also ruled by the Goddess of Love.  You should be viewed favorably in the workplace so if you have anything you want to initiate as a new project, now is a good time to do so.  The Sun will enter Pisces, this same House, on the 19th and bring further light to this area.  Uranus has been hanging out there for quite a while and isn't leaving anytime soon.  He is the planet of change, unexpected events, surprises, disruptions and upsets.  Not all surprises are unpleasant, but there is always that possibility.  Changes in the workplace are often upsetting and not something we want to deal with, but with Venus in the same House there's a better than average chance that anything that happens before the 21st will be something you like and/or works out to your benefit in the long run. 

Jupiter, another benefic planet, has been transiting you Natural 3rd House since November.  This House rules your mental processes, i.e. how you think and process data.  Since Gemini is an Air Sign, this could endow you with some terrific, expansive ideas that could ultimately bring you some benefits.  This should be refreshing, especially considering that Pluto, the recently demoted dwarf planet, has been hanging out there for a long, long time.  It takes 248 years for Pluto to make one lousy trip around the sun, so he spends about 20 years in each sign.  He'll be in Sagittarius for another year or so and then move on, but that won't necessary be an improvement.  Be aware that he's been messing with your mental processes for a long time, so long that you probably don't remember anything different. 

Nonetheless, especially for Librans who by nature try to be fair, the Pluto shadow has been lurking in the corners of your mind and interjects an occasional power trip, obsession or covert plot that simply doesn't belong there.  You may have even wondered sometimes where it came from because it just didn't sound like you.  Well, now you know who it is and can look forward to it being gone.  However, Pluto does serve a positive service in exhuming things that need to be exposed so that they can be dealt with properly and the healing process can begin.  Sometimes Libras can be too fair and appear two-faced.  This can alienate people and there are times when you just have to take sides, plain and simple.  So this Pluto transit may help you to recognize that not everything is some shade of grey and sometimes a stand simply must be taken.  Which brings up the observation that Librans aren't even very good at defending themselves because they're trying so hard to see their opponents point of view.  There are times when this simply isn't good sense and learning to make up your mind without regard to what someone else thinks if often more of a virtue than you realize.

This won't necessarily be the best month of your life, but there is the potential for some good happenings with your children, love interest or creativity as well as being favored at work.  Pay attention to what the Universe is trying to teach you, especially if it's to be fair to yourself as well.
