Pluto has been grinding away in this same House for quite a while now.  If there's anything in your character, past experiences, or personality that needed some renovation, you have certainly felt his inconsiderate intrusion via repeated strikes with his figurative wrecking ball.  This month those with birthdays around December 17 - 21st will be most affected.  If any of you have ever remodeled a house, you know that the process is less than enchanting.  All sorts of things comes to light and the time and cost involved is always more extensive than expected.  However, when the project is complete, the results are usually very satisfying.  Try to view your encounter with Pluto with an eye to where you'll be when it's over.  Pluto is all about getting things into the open and ultimately regeneration, so even though you may not care or be able to appreciate it when things are a bit more challenging than you bought into, you will be a better person when it's over.  Small consolation, but true.  Someone ought to design and sell a t-shirt that says, I SURVIVED A PLUTO TRANSIT, so you could at least say, Been there, done that, got the t-shirt.  At least his retrograde period is over as of September 6th, which will help a little.  And the good news is that there is only about 15 more months before he moves on to taunt Capricorns, not that I'm particularly happy about that.

Your relationships of both the significant other variety as well as close friends, relatives, and business associates with whom you interact on a one on one basis could be a bit testy this month as Mars transits your Natural 7th House, especially if your birthday falls between December 6 - 21.  Guard your temper and try not to take it too personally.  It should be over by the end of the month. 

Now the good news.  On the positive side, your group interactions should be stimulating and reasonably pleasant as Mercury spends the majority of the month in Libra, enhancing communications in that area.

The New Moon eclipse on the 11th could herald a new beginning of some sort in your career.  Keeping your eyes open for opportunities in this area could help keep your mind off some of the other crap going on in your personal life.  Saturn moves into that House on the 3rd, which should further enhance the likelihood of some improvements.  Saturn is all about structure, discipline, authority, and social climbing, which certainly can't hurt.  These are not necessarily traits that you find particularly enchanting, but anything you're lacking should be augmented to some degree from this transit.  The Sun is also highlighting this neighborhood, so if you need to throw some extra effort in this direction, the planets will be giving you a helping hand you'd do well to take.

On another positive note, Venus is cruising through your Natural 9th House of higher education, long distance travel and legal matters.  More than likely you have something going in one of those venues since Sagittarius rules this House, making them some of your favorite interests.  Venus is quite the benefic planet so matters should go well.  If you've been putting something off that fits these activities, now would be a good time to get it in gear.

This should be a busy month with lots of variety.  It may not go down in history as one of the best months of your life, but there are possibilities for significant milestones to be reached career-wise as well as some positive vibes relative to you 9th House matters.  Your best bet is to emphasize the positive, and get through anything else by putting one foot in front of the other, knowing that the planets are not static and anything out there you don't like will pass in due time.
