Most of the action this month is in fellow Water Sign, Scorpio.  That means at some point, probably around the same day of the month as your birthday falls, the transiting Sun will trine your Natal Sun.  This will bring some personal emphasis your way that could show up in areas related to your Natural 9th House.  These include planning a trip to some far away place, deciding to go back to school or perhaps taking legal action of some kind.  The Full Moon on the 5th is in Taurus, your Natural 3rd House of intellect.  This could open new schools of thought or provide information or ideas that could likewise relate in some way to your other long-term goals. 

Other planets in Scorpio include Mars, Mercury, Venus and Jupiter.  These could all lend some added impetus to the possibilities mentioned above.  Mars could give you the drive and determination to finally make it so; Venus could provide the resources and desire to do so and Jupiter, which rules the Zodiacal 9th House, i.e. Sagittarius, would provide further expansion to your aspirations.  Mercury, however, could be the speedbump on your path since it will be retrograde until November 18.  This could easily disrupt your plans by causing any number of communication glitches.  Paperwork would inevitably be a part of just about any 9th House effort and it would be a target rich environment for mistakes, loss or misunderstandings.  Phones, computers, cars, and just about everything else associated with electronics will be limping along, just waiting for the worst possible time to crash and cause you maximum inconvenience.  Therefore, if you're involved in trying to make something happen, if you can possibly wait until after the 18th to do so, it will probably save you a lot of grief and trouble in the meantime.  The New Moon on the 20th is in the same neighborhood, and fortunately occurs after Mercury goes direct, so it will probably lend some assistance.

If your birthday is between March 14 - 18, Pluto slogging along through Sagittarius may be squaring your Natal Sun and digging up all sorts of things you'd rather not deal with.  With Halloween just recently past, you can still undoubtedly relate to all the gruesome ghosts and goblins associated with that event.  That is very analogous to what Pluto can do, but in this case the area of emphasis is likely to be your community standing and reputation.  If there is anything you've done in the past that is unpleasant, devious or scandalous in any way, it will either come to light, much to your embarrassment, or come back to haunt you in some other way and possible affect how you've viewed by others.  Remember that honesty is the best policy and if you take your stripes and show appropriate contrition you will more than likely weather the storm much better than being defiant and knowingly dishonest.  No one is perfect and mistakes are excused much more easily than deception.  With Neptune, your ruling planet, in your Natural 12th House, which rules your subconscious, it will be particularly difficult to keep a firm grip on reality.  In this case, however, doing so could be critical and if you don't it's more likely to bite you later.

By November 24 the Sun, Venus and Jupiter will have also moved into Sagittarius.  When the Sun squares your Natal Sun you may get some unwanted attention or have to make some kind of a decision that you don't particularly enjoy.  This will occur around the same day of the month on which your birthday falls.  Fortunately, Venus and Jupiter are considered benefic planets, meaning they're usually friendly and don't normally cause as much grief as the malefics, a.k.a. Saturn, Mars and Pluto, not to mention names.  Nonetheless, they will focus more attention on your 10th House and could contribute to those reputation/community standing issues, hopefully in a positive way. 

Speaking of the malefics, issues with work or your health may be dragging on thanks to Saturn.  Communication issues that worsen the situation may come into play the first few days of the month and they're likely to escalate further during the last week of the month.  Your best approach is probably to resort to what Water signs seem to do best, in other words ride out the wave and then decide whether or not you like the beach you've landed on.  Hang on tight and keep your mouth shut if the problem surfaces at work.  If it relates to your health, make sure you get plenty of rest and avoid stress as much as possible.  Definitely easier said than done for a Pisces.
