All that company visiting Libra last month has moved on to Scorpio and by the end of the month much of it will be in Sagittarius. That doesn't necessarily mean things will quiet down, only that they'll change. Scorpio is your Natural 2nd House of possessions so you're likely to see some action there, especially with the New Moon on the 20th. Jupiter may incline you toward making some big purchase, but whatever you do, don't buy anything until after November 18th. That's because Mercury is retrograde (RX) until then and that doesn't bode well for things electronic or mechanical and more than likely whatever you get a hankering to "git" is going to fall into one of those categories.

Libras tend to be very fair and forgiving, even of the planets, and you may not remember what an RX Mercury is all about. In a nutshell, computers crash, cell phones die or get lost, traffic lights go on the blink (literally), appliances and cars break down and communications in general, whether spoken, snail or email, are misunderstood, lost or futile. With this unpleasant phenomenon in your House of possession, many of these woes will target your stuff. And anything you buy during this period has the equivalent of a curse on it and will more than likely never work correctly. If you've ever had a car that was a total lemon and you did some research to figure out when you bought it, there's a high probability it was during Mercury RX. I have an icemaker and a printer that continue to remind me not to make that mistake again. So take heed and don't say I didn't warn you. Librans like to weigh their decisions very carefully, so when you're weighing this one, make sure you don't decide until after November 18th, especially if it's a bout with new car fever. I mean it.

Starting around the third week of November that planetary caravan will proceed into Sagittarius, which is your Natural 3rd House of intellect. Ideas of all sorts, brainstorms, information and news is likely to provide a lot of mental activity so you'll have plenty to talk about, one of Libra's favorite hobbies. As an Air Sign data and communications are important to you so you should have quite a bit of fun. If your thoughts tend to be somewhat dark or even morbid at times you can blame that on Pluto, who's been slogging through that neighborhood for quite sometime now. Those new arrivals should brighten things up, at least for a while, somewhat like turning on a light in a dark, musty cellar. Your ruling planet, Venus, will be leading the pack and pick up a bit more energy there than she's had in Scorpio, where she's somewhat overpowered by that Scorpio intensity. This should likewise give you a bit of a boost.

The Full Moon in Taurus on the 5th is in your Natural 8th House of sex, death and regeneration, and other people's money. The question is whether your money becomes theirs or their money becomes yours. There have been a lot of surprises and unexpected events lately and it looks like this Full Moon could bring some more. Mars and Venus are looking the Man in the Moon right in the eye, so they may be in cahoots. You probably ought to be a little extra careful this month, especially with Mercury RX. Drive carefully and it's probably best not to mess with anything inherent dangerous, including power tools.

There may be some power plays going on in your work group or social circle these days. Maintain your usual distance and think about how you really feel about the situation. Libras tend to see both sides of any argument and in doing so get mistaken for an enemy sometimes through the reasoning that "any friend of my enemy is an enemy of mine." I know you're only trying to be fair, but in this case you may want to simply get out of the way and keep quiet and not try to defend someone else's viewpoint unless you really and truly agree with their position.

Since you've just had your birthday recently, you can expect a new cycle to kick in with your recent Solar Return. Since more than likely that entourage of planets was in Scorpio at the time of your birthday, there will probably be a lot of 2nd House issues manifest in your life in the coming year. You like art and beauty and may feel very driven to improve your life style and environment. Be particularly cautious that you can really afford what you want and avoid going into debt (that "other people's money" thing). You can either save money and collect interest or borrow money and pay interest. What you decide will determine where you are five or ten years from now, i.e. better off or in the poor house. Be sure and apply your usual Libra balancing act accordingly and you should come out okay.
