The fact that Mercury is retrograde (RX) in that same neighborhood is not going to help matters any.  Mercury RX is a major pain and will remain such until it stops misbehaving and returns to direct motion on November 18.  Since this is all happening in the House that influences your home environment, you can expect various inconveniences such as appliance repairs, computer crashes, cable or satellite dish outages, the dog getting out, birds flying into your picture window, mail getting lost or mis-delivered and so forth.  This will be particularly bad the first few days of the month when Mercury and Jupiter are in conjunction since Ol' Jove expands anything he touches.  Usually he's considered a benefic planet, but when he's in cahoots with Mercury RX this is questionable.  However, this is a good time to take care of anything that needs to be redone, be it paperwork, repairs or working out a misunderstanding.

If you were born between August 1 - 19th, you'll probably have a day or two between now and the 18th when you'll know what it must have felt like at the Tower of Babel.  You're likely to have difficulty expressing yourself either verbally or in writing and people will give you that deer in the headlight look whenever you speak, especially if you're asking for something.  You'll probably even feel as if you've been singled out personally to endure this plethora of annoyances and wonder what the hell is going on.  This will be the day when Mercury RX squares your Natal Sun.  Rest assured it won't last long, but it will be replete with frustration while it does.

The Full Moon in Taurus on the 5th will probably throw a bit of a curve toward those born the first week of August as it will create a T-Square with your Natal Sun.  This could be a home - career conflict, a dispute with a homeowner association, tax agency or other authority figure or something similar that involves your quality of life and community status or reputation.  Watch that Leo temper and deal with it in the most diplomatic way possible to avoid tarnishing your image, which could bite you later. 

By the third week of November, Venus, the Sun and Jupiter will have moved into fellow Fire Sign, Sagittarius.  This is good news for Leos since those negative square aspects will gradually fade and become trines, which are much more positive.  This will brighten up your Natural 5th House considerably, which influences your love life, children, recreational activities and creativity.  With Pluto slogging through that sign at a snail's pace, this area has probably been replete with dark retrospections and other negative vibes for quite a while now.  Pluto isn't going anywhere anytime soon, but at least these other planets, particularly your ruler, the Sun, will brighten things up considerably, kind of like turning on a halogen light in a dark and musty cellar.  Inspiration and good luck should return along with some pleasant opportunities, so take advantage of them while they last.  Figure out whatever it is that Pluto has been trying to teach you and move on.  Once you've learned the lesson, the aspect will lose its power over you.

If the past few months you've had several surprises and unexpected events of a rather unpleasant variety you'll be happy to know that these should settle down after the 20th when Uranus comes out of retrograde.  There's a good chance that these things have cost you money, possible lots of it, and you're quite sick of it.  From this point on, you can expect changes in 8th House matters, which include sex, death and regeneration and other people's money, but the disruptions, at least, should settle down.

This won't necessary be an overly pleasant month for Leos, but slightly past the middle of the month you can expect things to improve a lot.
