Most of you are likely to have a few days this month where it will seem as if you're under attack.   Wait, I take that back.  Seem, hell, you probably will be under attack.  This is likely to occur around the day that corresponds with your birthday, when the transiting Sun will square your Natal Sun.  This will happen in your Natural 10th House of community standing and reputation, which should give you a hint regarding what it will be about.  It could be as simple as a nasty-gram from your home owner association about grass growing in the cracks of your driveway, a traffic ticket, or if you happen to be running for political office, a confrontation from your opponent.  Recognize it for what it is and handle the situation with as much objectivity as possible.

There is quite a conglomeration of planets in Scorpio and most of them will more than likely also square your Sun at some point this month.  Fortunately, it shouldn't be too catastrophic since most of them, e.g. Venus and Jupiter, are friendly by nature.  More than likely you'll be faced with a decision of some sort, perhaps related to your possessions, love life, property, or possibly even a trip you're planning.  The one that could be a bit more annoying is Mercury, who will be retrograde until the 18th.  It may be hard to communicate, which seldom happens to you as an Air Sign, which will make it all the more frustrating.  Thus, resolving whatever hassle comes up from the Sun squaring your Natal Sun is going to be more difficult than usual.  Make sure you have all your facts straight and put them in writing so you have something to back you up later when the powers that be try to deny your efforts.  Keep a copy of your letter, and depending on its importance, send it with a delivery confirmation or at the least an email return receipt.  The New Moon on the 20th will also be in Scorpio, right on top of Jupiter, so it's likely to throw some extra emphasis to this area as well.

This has probably not been the best year for close relationships with Saturn parked in your Natural 7th House.  Delays, frustrations and a general tone of pessimism have probably surrounded this area for quite a while.  Saturn is a stern task master but there isn't a person alive who doesn't have something to learn in this area.  The most trying thing most of us ever have to learn is how to deal with others.  Those closest to us are often not only the most difficult to understand, but if we work with them or, heaven forbid, are related to them, they're not going away anytime soon.  Thus, it behooves you to work on your communication skills, attitudes and behaviors that may be holding you back or causing problems in this area.  As a Fixed Sign, you don't like change of any kind and changing things of a personal nature are even more challenging.  However, until you learn whatever lesson the Universe has in mind for you, you'll be caught in a "do" loop and not progress any further.  So, if your close relationships with your children, parents, significant other or business partner are less than you'd like them to be, and you tend to point fingers at everyone else and then wonder why you're surrounded by idiots, maybe it's time to looked in the mirror and noted where that finger is pointing.  Trust me, things will not get any better until you do.  Remember the only person you have power to change is yourself.

The Full Moon on the 5th will throw some light on your home environment.  Being opposite the Sun, Mars and Venus, it could go either way.  Someone might start an argument, particularly if something has been smoldering beneath the surface, or things could go well.  Try to direct that Mars energy toward a positive outlet, like a family activity everyone will enjoy.

Believe it or not, there actually is some good news for you this month.  As Venus, the Sun and Jupiter progress into Sagittarius, you will see a vast improvement in your group interactions.  This is a very important area for Water Carriers, who are probably more dependent on their friends than others.  After all, Aquarius is the Zodiacal 11th House of friends, groups, hopes and wishes, so this is what you're all about.  Pluto has been messing with this area for quite a while now, but with the advent of the Sun and benefic planets like Venus and Jupiter, it should be like a ray of sunshine on a stormy day.  Either existing problems will be resolved, your tolerance of them will increase, or perhaps you'll be introduced to an entirely new group of people that don't have nearly the amount problems or personal flaws of the others.  If your hopes and dreams have been elusive, this could be good news for them as well.

As always, the planets present us with a mixed bag of good and bad which is all about helping us to grow and progress, like it or not, and there is quite a variety of both in store for you this month.
