Mars will give you plenty of energy which usually comes in quite handy, no matter what you're doing.  Your drive and ambition will be enhanced and the only thing you need to watch is that this doesn't turn into aggression of some sort that will be counterproductive to your long term goals.  Neptune will spur your imagination and possibly imbue you with a bit of stark idealism or fanciful ideas.  These should be enjoyed but used with caution since if you get too wrapped up in the King of the Deep deception and illusion aren't far behind.  While retrograde, Mercury will inhibit your ability to communicate your ideas to others, but will bode well for pondering upon who and what you are and where you want to be.

There will be a cosmic control of sorts on Neptune, however.  This control is called Saturn and is in opposition in more than a figurative sense.  Saturn is all about restrictions, responsibility, structure, authority figures and delays.  With him hanging out in your Natural 7th House you can bet that these characteristics are going to show up in your relationships, like it or not.  He is also retrograde, which relegates a lot of these House-related issues to the subconscious for consideration.  Come April 21 when he goes direct, these ruminations will burst forth to your conscious mind where you can do something with them.  By mid-summer you should have them well in hand if not completely resolved.

Don't forget that you have Jupiter and Pluto in your Natural 12th House which rules your subconscious.  These two will be doing some serious expansion and construction in their current abode but won't be apparent to you for some time to come.

Your ruling planet, Uranus, is hanging out in your Natural 2nd House along with the Sun.  As the Sun makes his annual voyage around the Zodiac he sheds light and emphasis on each of your twelve houses.  This month the subjects will be your possessions and pleasures.  With Uranus there, planet of change, surprises, innovation and unexpected events, there is no telling what could happen.  Who knows, around March 3-5 when he's in favorable aspect to Venus and in conjunction with the Sun you may have a very pleasant surprise.  Particularly worthy of note, however, is the fact that the New Moon also occurs there in Pisces on March 18.  This New Moon is more significant than most because it is also an eclipse.  A New Moon eclipse will herald the start of something related to its resident house that will be in effect until the next Full Moon eclipse approximately six month later.  So expect changes and issues of some sort this month relative to your possessions that will have a continuing effect for the next six months.  There is no way to be sure whether this will be good or bad so I suggest not worrying about if and when it occurs.

Since a Full Moon eclipse indicates the culmination of an issue that began with the previous New Moon eclipse, that means that this month's Full Moon eclipse on March 3 will be the end of something that started last fall, on September 22 to be exact.  At that time there was a New Moon eclipse in Libra, your Natural 9th House of higher education, legal issues, philosophy of life and long distance travel.  Whatever seed was planted them will come to fruition on the 3rd so you can move on to your next issue a few weeks later as noted above.

Venus starts out the month in your Natural 3rd House which rules your intellect, brothers and sisters.  Enjoy her while she lasts because she moves into Taurus on the 18th, though this will simply transfer her favor to your 4th House, which encompasses your home life and environment. 

In summary, this month will show continued activity in the personal area with some emphasis and possible disruptions relative to your possessions or perhaps your pleasurable activities.  The New Moon eclipse will also herald the beginning of something else in this area that will culminate this fall.  Your home life should go well, though the jury is still out on your relationships.
