The
Full Moon on January 3rd falls in your Natural 11th
House which affects such things
as group interactions, hopes and wishes. This will most likely be
noticeable for those with birthdays between August 29 - September 8 with the
strongest effects for those born on September 3rd. This could highlight
some activity in which you're involved pertaining to groups of some sort or
perhaps a step down the path toward one of your hopes or wishes. It is a
new year and if you're a typical Virgo you probably have a hefty list of New
Years Resolutions which you may or may not have written down. Keeping
notes is very much your style since you're so detail oriented, but then being a
perfectionist already you might not want to admit it in writing that you have
areas you want to work on. Either way, it's a good time to think about
what you'd really like and at least chart the map from the 10,000 foot view.
That, of course, is pretty unlikely, knowing how you love details, but it will
at least get you started. The New Moon on the 18th occurs in your Natural 5th House and will be strongest for those born between September 16-26 with an extra boost for those born September 21. This House covers your creativity, hobbies, children, love affairs and entertainment. This could institute a new phase of creativity such as interest in a new hobby, enjoying life a bit more than usual or just playing more with the kiddos. Mars enters this neighborhood after the 17th and will thus deliver some extra energy and ambition to this area. Early in the month the stellium comprising the Sun, Mercury and Venus could set these wheels in motion, particularly since Mercury is your Ruler. He should make your mind and adept hands even sharper than usual and further enhance these effects, especially if creativity or a new hobby is your primary interest. Mercury moves quickly, though, just like your hands, and will move into Aquarius on the 15th. Venus leaves on the 4th, so be sure and take advantage of her blessings in this area before she does, especially if romance is what's active for you this month. After that she moves into Aquarius, your Natural 6th House of work, health and pets where that same stellium will reside the last week or so of the month and into February. Since Virgos reside in the Universal 6th House, these ingresses are good news for you. Work, health regimens and pets are your forte and you're about to get some celestial assistance there as well. Venus could bring you some extra good luck at work or regarding a current project. She might also inspire more careful attention to your diet or perhaps encourage a formal exercise program. She'll only be there until the 28th, however, at which time she moves into Pisces, but the good news here is that's your 7th House of relationships and she'll be there for Valentine's Day! Knowing how Virgos like to plan, take note of that fact (either literally or figuratively) and use it for all its worth. Take note that Uranus, planet of unexpected events, change and surprises, is also in Pisces. This is one of those long-term transits that will be in force for quite a long time. If your birthday falls between September 2-7, at some time this month he'll be in opposition to your Natal Sun. This could bring a surprise or change of some sort relative to one of your relationships, either of a personal or business nature, and may require a choice of some sort. Jupiter and Pluto are also chugging along in your Natural 4th House which influences your home environment, both past and present. With Pluto there it's likely that a fair amount of your past is involved. If your birthday is around September 19-23 these effects will probably be fairly strong this month. Pluto transits are far from fun, but they do tend to root out old baggage and issues that need to be cleaned out. Once they are you can move on, happier and healthier than you were before, but bear in mind it's similar to surgery, which initially causes a fair amount of discomfort and pain. However, when the bad stuff is gone you can then heal properly and move on, so if things get uncomfortable, just trust the Universe and know that ultimately things will get better. Since this is your home environment, Pluto could also mean problems with hidden household issues such as plumbing, wiring, structure/ foundation, pest invasions, and so forth. Mars will likewise be in residence, but only until the 17th. That may be a good thing since Mars' energy can sometimes show up as an argument or some other form of contention. Use this energy wisely, perhaps in making sure that everything around the house is in proper working order. The good news is that Jupiter is likewise in this 4th House neighborhood and he is usually very benefic, even downright lucky. It may sound like a bit of a dichotomy or perhaps downright ironic that he's there concurrently with Pluto, but if nothing else, this is further evidence that things will improve significantly at some point, maybe already are. Jupiter is probably throwing something good your way if your birthday fall in the first week of September, give or take a day or two. Saturn is currently retrograde in your 12th House which is in charge of your subconscious. When he's retrograde he's usually working on something in your subconscious, regardless of the house, so you can bet he's doing some serious work beneath your radar. You won't really know what this is, though it's likely to relate to some of the other active issues previously discussed. This will go on until around April 20 when you'll probably experience some big Aha! moment when you recognize something you'd missed before. Once you know what it is you'll be on track for solving it and will have it in work or maybe even resolved by the end of July. This will be a busy, interesting and generally good month for you so exploit it for all it's worth and get a good, running start on the new year. |
