For the first part of the month the stellium in Capricorn comprising the Sun, Mercury and Venus will further assist with these mental efforts, though if you want the benevolent vibes of Venus you need to hurry because she moves on to your Natural 4th House on the 4th.  Nonetheless, Mercury will help with the transfer of information, whatever that may be, and the Sun will throw some emphasis on this area as well.  When Venus moves into your 4th House of home environment, past and present, it will reflect on that area.  While there may be some conflicts or issues that need to be resolved, her presence will help resolve them in the best possible way.  Mercury will help with communication after the 15th and the Sun will move in on the 20th. 

Neptune is one of those slow-movers that will be hanging out in your 4th House neighborhood for quite a while.  Those born November 9-15 or so may experience a touch (or maybe a slap) of idealism that could become pretty unrealistic if you don't keep it under control.  Few of us grew up in an ideal home nor go on to create one as we grow up and leave the nest.  Therefore don't be too hard on yourself or the others in your personal life if they don't seem to measure up.  As a Water sign your emotions run deep and strong and can carry you away on a current that possesses various undertows.  Putting unrealistic expectations on people will ultimately disappoint you and frustrate them, much like trying to teach a pig to sing, so make sure they're clear and make sense.  Your natural intuitive powers are strong in this area but unless your family members have similar talents, they're not going to measure up, i.e. read your mind and take care of your every whim.  So get out of the water and plant your feet on solid ground before making any long-term judgments you may regret later.

Pluto, your ruler, is in your Natural 2nd House of possessions and simple pleasures.  As god of the underworld you can expect that Pluto will be expert at unearthing hidden elements of all kinds.  Thus if there are any hidden flaws in any of your possessions they are likely to become manifest during this transit.  This will be ongoing and most of it will probably fall in the "normal crap" category.  If your birthday is around November 19-23, however, this could be a bit more dramatic.  This House also includes your finances so look out for unexpected expenses and keep an eye on your investments.  Be aware that Pluto rules all buried resources, particularly those found in the Earth.  Perhaps it's time to identify what your personal "hidden resources" are and transform them into cold, hard cash.  On the dark side, if you've been irresponsible with your resources, a.k.a. credit cards, you paint a target on your forehead for one of Pluto's hard lessons.  On the positive side, remember that Pluto also ushers in transformation and regeneration, which ultimately heals those opens wounds.  This is one of those times when you just need to pay attention, call it tuition and trust the Universe to take you where you need to go.

The good news is that Jupiter is also transiting your 2nd House.  He is quite benefic and should help you deal with replacing those items that Pluto revealed to be defective, especially since Jupiter is in his element while in Sagittarius.  However, be aware that Jupiter is also in Square with Uranus who's over there in your Natural 5th House which deals with your creativity, love life, children, hobbies and entertainment.  Uranus is the planet of surprises, unexpected events and changes and, like the other outer planets, moves quite slowly.  Perhaps you'd like to buy a bigger house or new car, but it conflicts with changes relative to your children, such as their going away to college, or perhaps you're feeling the financial drain associated with it.  Another possibility is a new baby and Mommy decides she really doesn't want to go back to work after the little darling is born. 

If there's one thing that Scorpio exudes it's intensity and this month is likely to be pivotal in one or more ways.  Draw from your intuition, but back it up with facts.  Look yourself in the mirror long and hard and make sure your decisions are sound.
