There's a lot of action in Leo, your Natural 5th House, which governs your creativity, children and love life.  The Sun is there until the 24th, which highlights and draws attention to issues related to the resident house.  The New Moon is also there on the 12th.  New Moons tend to herald new beginnings or phases, which in this house could mean a new creative project, a new person or phase in your love life or a new phase for your children, such as starting school.  Mercury will be there from August 5-20, which will further stimulate your thoughts and communications relative to this area.  Saturn has been hanging out there for quite a while, but is about to move on come September 3.  Saturn is hardly the party boy of the Zodiac and his effect has probably to remind you in no uncertain terms of your responsibilities in these areas, provide numerous delays and frustrations, and impose structure and limitations that have undoubtedly been less than enchanting.  The fact he will be moving on soon implies that his work here is done, something that is worthy of celebration, so feel free to knock back a beer or two as you bid him farewell. 

The last and final player in this arena is Venus, who will back into Leo via retrograde motion on August 10.  Venus RX tends to internalize thoughts and feelings relative to relationships and finances.  Obviously, since this is the house of love affairs, the relationship part applies quite heavily.  If you're involved with someone you're likely to be giving your expectations and feelings toward him/her a lot of thought.  If you're not, you're still probably thinking about what you'd like to have.  Finances relate indirectly since this is also the house of speculation.  If you're prone to gambling, this could give you pause relative to whether or not there is something you'd be better off deleting from your financial plan.

Mercury moves into Virgo on the 20th followed on the 24th by the Sun, bringing emphasis and mental energy into your Natural 6th House of work, health and pets.  More than likely significant events will begin to unfold in this area, which could easily be related to all that mental action starting up around the 8th.  As your ideas begin to formulate, be sure to record them and be prepared to explain them in a methodical way.  The Sun and Mercury in Virgo will definitely assist with this effort since Virgo is all about organization, putting things together, and common sense.  With the Sun in Virgo everyone will be a bit more meticulous and detail-oriented than usual, to be prepared to deliver that type of product if you want to be taken seriously.

Jupiter in Sagittarius comes out of retrograde on the 7th.  While he's been retrograde, which turns a planet's energy inward, you have probably been thinking a lot about ethical, political and possibly religious issues, perhaps with a foreign spin.  Once he returns to direct motion this energy will be released to expand upon Natural 9th House matters such as foreign travel, higher education, religion or legal issues.  If your birthday falls around March 29 - April 2, this should bring some good luck as well, though Rams born at other times should see some positive effects as well.  This influence will be rather strong since Jupiter rules Sagittarius and Sag is not only the Universal 9th House but your Natural 9th House as well.  Thus, this effect will be like driving an F-350 Power-stroke diesel as opposed to a 4-cylinder Ranger so be prepared. 

Pluto has been hanging out in Sagittarius for a long time and has probably been motivating you to dig up all sorts of crap.  Your fascination with the inner workings of 9th House issues has probably been in high gear, driving you to delve into little know or hidden facts.  Perhaps you have surprised even yourself with some of the things you have discovered.  Pluto is ultimately about transformation, so it is possible that you will achieve some type of personal transformation through pursuing something in this arena.  This aspect could trigger various actions from whistle blower to investigative reporter to initiating a class action suit (remember the movie Erin Brokovich?) or involvement of a possibly covert nature with a foreign culture (which could easily indicate involvement with the conflict in the Middle East.)

The Full Moon this month, which is also a lunar eclipse, occurs in Pisces on the 28th.  This is your Natural 12th House which comprises spirituality, the collective consciousness and transcendence.  A lunar eclipse is another F-350 power stroke diesel as lunations go, particularly if your birthday falls between March 22-28.  This will more than likely signal the culmination of something that started brewing within your spiritual nature a few months ago, more than likely around your birthday to be exact.  Whatever bug got planted in your ear at that time has since matured and will probably become a permanent part of you, perhaps driving your thoughts and decisions from a deeper level than in the past.  Naturally, all these influences work together in a great cosmic dance designed to escort you along the path to becoming the person you're supposed to be.

This should be a significant month for you with more than one Aha! moment, provided you keep your eyes, ears and mind open. The Sun is transiting a fellow Fire Sign, which throws a lot of positive energy in your direction.  Use it to your advantage.
