This is your month, Aries, as well as
the beginning of the astrological year. Your ruling planet,
Mars, begins the month in
your natural 11th House and
moves into the 12th on April 6th. This energy will thus be at work in your
group interactions for almost the entire first week of the month and then he
will move into the dark recesses of the 12th wherein dwell institutions,
spirituality, insanity and martyrs. What that Mars energy will do there is
anyone's guess, but if you feel as if you're not wrapped too tight after the
6th, this would be why. All I can say is to hang in there until May 16
when he'll move into your Sign and give you a by then much needed boost.
Mercury and Uranus are in the 12th House neighborhood as well which will stimulate communication with your psyche and possible change, at least until Mercury moves into Aries on the 11th. When that occurs, it will help you in your personal communications, which is not usually an area in which Rams require assistance. If anything, it may predispose you to project a bit more than required, though there is no doubt that can come in handy in some instances. At any rate, be aware and recognize the effect is you notice people backing away slowly and carefully or perhaps flat-out running in the opposite direction upon your approach. The Full Moon on the 2nd falls in your Natural 7th House of relationships. Full Moons usually denote an ending of some sort so this could indicate closure relative to a business or personal alliance or perhaps the end of one phase. If your birthday is the first day of April, give or take a few days, this should have a noticeable impact. The New Moon on the 17th should usher in a new phase on the personal level, especially if your birthday is a few days one way or the other of the 17th. This will also affect the solar return for these same folks, meaning that this will be an ongoing affect for the coming year. Saturn over there in Leo will go direct on the 21st, which will relieve most those internal rumblings you've had the past few months regarding the restrictions a.k.a. responsibilities in your life. That experience has been less than enchanting but a good exercise in priority setting. As a Fire Sign you need your share of attention and renewal and can become rather grumpy when the required dose is missing. Attaining the balance between taking care of others and taking care of yourself isn't always easy but you've probably figured out a few things lately that will serve you well for the rest of your life. The action continues in your Natural 9th house, which incorporates higher learning, legal matters and long distance travel. As outer planets, Jupiter and Pluto move slowly and take up residence in each sign for a significant amount of time which results in long, drawn-out sometimes subtle changes in that area of your life. The effects could have been a push to go back to school, take care of legal work (which includes land deals, lawsuits, etc.) or perhaps an upsurge in long distance travel. Since Jupiter goes retrograde on the 6th, this will turn these effects inward for contemplation or beyond view until August. Pluto, the astrological medical examiner, does a lot of rooting around digging up issues that require resolution. Death and regeneration in a figurative sense, revealing secrets and hidden elements and a show of power are some of his arenas and you've undoubtedly noticed one or more of these in these same areas for sometime now. Pluto will also go retrograde this month, appropriately enough on April Fools Day, likewise driving his work into your deepest thoughts as well until September 8th. Transformations in your attitude toward your education, legal issues or faraway placed will most likely occur which will be complemented by some new insights relative to your philosophy of life. Deep and heavy stuff for an Aries but definitely an exercise in character building. All in all, this should be a significant month, considering all the psychological action coupled with your solar return. It's a good time to think back on your personal journey this past year and ponder the path before you in the next. |
