The personal climate for Sagittarius
right now hasn't changed too much since two slow-moving planets are still camped
out in your Sign as they have been for quite a while now. Ironically, one
is your Sign Ruler,
Jupiter, who ordinarily
trails all sorts of good luck in his wake, while the other is
Pluto, who ordinarily
trails death and destruction in his. When they're both
retrograde, however,
this pair can actually work together quite well. While Jupiter is RX,
rather than expanding and increasing what he touches he turns that energy inward
to address deep philosophical issues such as ethics and morals. Sag is
usually pretty philosophical by nature, but this will force you to look deep and
hard to your personal belief system and how it works in your life.
Oddly enough, Pluto can further assist this process because as the Zodiacal Rotorooter he will clear out any clogged sewer lines from your past that might keep you from addressing these other issues. For example, if you're basing your current values on false pretenses, these will be dislodged in such a way that you can examine them for what they are. If you've ever had the experience of having your beautifully groomed front yard dug up by a backhoe you know that this is far from enchanting. However, if you want to continue enjoying indoor plumbing, you know you have little choice in the manner. Thus, if you really want to know where your personal values come from and whether or not their basis is true, this will be a process that will be informative and after which you will know yourself and what you stand for in a much more definitive manner. Such fierce self-examination could destroy anyone who is not honest about wanting to find out who and what they really are. One possible detriment to this process is the fact that Neptune is RX in your Natural 3rd House which covers your intellect, though processes, short journeys and early childhood. Much like the magician, David Copperfield, Neptune is the master of delusion. While he is in a generally favorable aspect, you need to be careful not to wander too far from established boundaries, which Neptune dissolves. On the positive side, he also can deal a heavy dose of idealism, which when factored into the current situation Jupiter and Pluto are working on, could deepen and enhance your investigation of what truth really means to you. As a Sag, this will more than likely be an invigorating albeit rough ride that when all is said and done you wouldn't trade for anything. The New Moon on the 14th is in Gemini, your Natural 7th House of one on one relationships of both a personal and business nature. This could herald either a new relationship or perhaps simply a new beginning for an established one. The Full Moon on the 30th is in Capricorn, your Natural 2nd House which governs your possessions, pleasures and comforts. Even as a New Moon heralds a new beginning of sorts, a Full Moon normally indicates the culmination or closure of something. In this particular house it could mean something as simple as finally paying something off. Uranus is hanging out in your Natural 4th House of home environment and he goes RX on the 24th. As the planet of surprises, unexpected events and disruptions, you can expect to be blindsided by something in this venue. This is probably as good of place as any to also point out that Mercury goes RX on June 16 and doesn't go direct until July 10. If you know anything about Mercury RX, and if you read these horoscopes on a regular basis surely you do, then you can just about imagine where this alleged surprise is going to come from. To refresh your memory, anything mechanical or electronic can be a victim when Mercury is RX. Internet connections, cell phones, computer, major and minor appliances, automobiles, traffic signals--you name it. Of course things like air conditioners are right in there, too, and if you have any sort of party or get-together planned you can just bet that is exactly when it will decide to quit. Of course adding insult to injury is the fact that purchasing one of these items during Mercury RX is equivalent to putting a curse on their item for its entire useful lifetime. Do whatever is necessary to avoid buying a replacement until July 10 or later. Repairs, however, are okay. In fact, this is the ideal time to rework, redo or rethink anything you've been working on. Bad time to start a new project; a good time to put the finishing touches on an established one. Since Mercury is cruising around in your Natural 8th House of intimate relationships a.k.a. sex, death & regeneration and shared resources, these areas are also likely to be affected. Since Mercury rules communications and things mechanical any of those items are affected, but you will most likely feel it in the affected House. Communications problems are likely to abound. In particular, if you're trying to borrow money expect to encounter all sorts of unpleasantries and mistakes before signing on the dotted line. And make sure you read the fine print, now more than ever, to avoid nasty surprises later. Mars is in Aries, your Natural 5th House, until the 25th, which should bring some positive energy to your creative efforts, children and love affairs. Be sure to use it in a positive manner. Mars rules Aries and is very much at home there and thus generates a tremendous amount of drive that easily turns into aggression if not managed properly. You ought to be able to do the math on that one. Last but far from least, the happenings in your Natural 9th House of legal matters, higher education and long distance travel are also noteworthy. Saturn has been there for quite a while and until near the end of April had been RX for several months. This should have shaken loose something that required restructuring or similar attention which you are currently addressing. The good news is that on the 6th Venus moves into that same House. Venus is a benefic planet who rarely causes trouble. Usually the worst she'll do is cause you to overindulge in something you really like for which you pay the price later. Coupled with Pluto she can cause some trouble, but for the most part she bring positive events and interactions. Needless to say, any 9th House issues will be the recipient of these good vibes. If you've been working hard on something that Saturn brought to your attention, on June 30th you are likely to see a very clear benefit to your efforts when Venus and Saturn come eye to eye. Needless to say this would be a very pleasant way to end the month. |
